I like this approach because it takes white out of their comfort zone. The london may not give white a substantial advantage, but it's effectiveness relies on giving white a solid position that is familiar with easy middlegame plans. These lines take white out of preparation, and puts the game in black's comfort zone.

@@anonymousa799 Yes. I don't watch many chess videos. I don't follow chess news either. I just play. Every morning I drink my coffee and play 1 or 2 rapid games. Got to 1900 doing that.
To my fellow London players: I was looking at some games and it seems that sometimes when 1d4 Nf6 white plays 2 Nf3 as a waiting move to see if they want to transpose into something else, so if 1d4 Nf6 2 Nf3 c5, then 3 c4 or 3 d5. @@uwupaksa8451 So I imagine that after 3. d5 you would play 3... d6 or 3... g6. In both cases, after 4. c4 White is clearly better. I don't like Benoni with Black, but it's a respectable opening that has been played by many GMs and so it can make sense.

I plugged the position at 13:09 into Stockfish (chess engine) and let it think it over. Black is up a pawn and, as agadamtor says, "Black has completed his development." Despite White's bishop pair, Stockfish scores this in favor of Black by 1.20, slightly more than the value of a pawn. Since Black is up a pawn, that score indicates that Black has only a slight positional advantage. I wouldn't mind playing the White side of this, however - with those two bishops pointed at Black's castled king. In this position, Stockfish recommends that White play Qh3. Excellent video. I like this system against the London and I think the typical London player will find this system aggravating. Every London player I've talked to says that they find any early move with Black's c-pawn, opening up the queen to the queen side to be somewhat a pain.
