I’ve bought various pieces of kit from Pro Smoke I.e new PK 300, Grill Grates, etc and it really is good gear Pro Smoke deal with. I can say this after buying the PK this time last year with no issues a year on and many bbq’s later. It all does what they told me it would. Each time I enquire about a certain bbq, item, etc it’s always good, experienced advice I receive based on what’s right for the customer rather than what’s the most/least expensive. I’ve never needed the warranty but if I did I can imagine the support from them would be first class. You can’t put a price on good customer service.
They are porceline coated and run down each side of the cooking area, so its unlikely as there is now a big gap under most of the grill. Just got mine.
@@matthewkeslar1057I’m in the UK and for some reason got ours first. Assume everything left the factory at the same time and since we are closer we got them sooner. No idea on your shipping/dock system, but would you think the ship hitting the bridge in Baltimore have anything to do with it? Also the charcoal chute has the ceramic bricks on the INSDE now. Not sure the steel insert will fit now, but it’s not necessary now.
I was a fan of the first gens. I'm looking forward to this one as well.

Is the manifold and charcoal chute stainless now or will the mods still be necessary

@invisiblekid99 Thanks for the info and that could be a reason why we aren't seeing them in the US yet.
