Using the Grey-Red wire and Brown wire, it turns on with the headlights which means brightness is controlled by the dimmer next to the headlight switch. Does the kit still work when the dimmer is not set to max?

Hey, have a question. Does the plastic trims with the lights in 3 series and 4 series are the same? I mean if i just buy the trims with the lights and just replace them. Thing is on aliexpress i found those only for 3 series
are you able to turn them off on command ? or do they always stay on ? if they always stay on, can they be shut off by holding the dome light switch untill all interior lights get shut off ?

Hey I’m running into a problem where the passenger door ambient lights run only at night time. I drive a 4 series grancoupe and tapped into the brown for ground and redblur for accessory wire. Should I have tapped into the green white instead?

I dont unfortunately. Its best to try using a volt meter to find out which ones are live and earth, checking diagrams etc or even better go to a professional who can check it all for you?

I have left the kits used in the description, these are the same kits I use but sometimes you might need to add extra bits etc if you want more lighting on your car
