If you want to avoid expensive shipping due to us living in Australia, here is a little work around on Amazon (can do the same on ebay using www.ebay.com.au) which some people have used and made it a lot more affordable. We just wanted to share this with those who this may concern.
    1. Go to top right of Amazon homepage where it has your country flag and language showing
    2. Click change country/region on dropdown menu
    3. Change country to Australia
    4. Amazon page will change all products to those in Australian warehouses. Put items in cart, send to S&P PO box address as you normally would. Should be minimal shipping because its shipping from within Australia

There are so many deeply intentional things in Deathly Hallows that gets lost from something as simple as the script writer and director not being careful enough. I love the movies but they could have been EVEN MORE epic with more attention to the symbolism.
Example: Harry and Ron’s fight in the tent.
Movie: Harry exclaims, “What, you think I don’t know how this feels?!”
Ron shouts, “No you don’t know how this feels! Your parents are dead! You have no family!”
So harsh and Harry just takes it, just tells Ron to go, to leave. Making Harry a martyr and Ron a bully.
Book: “My parents are dead!” Harry bellowed.
“And mine could be going the same way!” yelled Ron.
Then Harry goes on to belittle Ron and they both pull out their wands. It was an equal argument in the books.

this is the worst since that is not how it happened in the books. Harry never let her go. she was trapped in her cage and couldn't protect herself. I hated Harry for that. She was one of the only victims of the books who was unable to protect themselves or didn't choose to be there.

I literally threw the book across the room when Hedwig was killed. She has said that he died because he was the last vestiges of Harry's childhood gone but I thought, "since when did Harry have a CHILDHOOD!" It just felt senseless and cruel.

Voldermort only knowing the first half of the prophecy is what led to him to killing Harry's family, but he didn't know what the second part said. So trying to get the whole prophecy was important because from his prospective, it could of had information to explain why he messed up or what his future might be. Interesting detail, the prophecy was about Harry and Voldermort, so Voldermort himself could of retrieved it from the ministry but at the time he was trying to keep a low profile and entering the ministry was just too risky for his long term plans. Lucius was tasked with luring Harry to retrieve the prophecy and hand it over, but he messed that up.

Not to mention that they weren’t even spoils of war lost in battle, the longbottoms were attacked AFTER Harry survived just for some kicks and giggles and maybe info. Also the movies don’t go deep into this but Neville (as his parents) has some weird constitution and resists a lot more than others (last movie shows it a bit but not much). Something else that they don’t show much which is a pity is how beserky and pragmatical he is with his fighting. Sure he gets better with charms but the guy sticks a wand on a death eater’s eye, once needed all four griffindor boys to hold him back from punching Malfoy for mentioning the “crazy” section of st mungus (call back to him going full on “ok I’m gonna fight u” *fists up* in Philosopher’s Stone and also cut from the movie the dude was going MASS MURDERER with mandrakes - im actually upset they don’t hype Neville as much, the dude is menace and just gets more unhinged with 600 points all put in constitution in his character sheet all while being like “plants are cute right” *potting extremely violent plants and getting totally hurt in the process and being like “done :)”* soft boy can spit fire.

There's more detail on Harry's invisibility cloak in the books. It's more explicitly explained in the book that although there are other invisibility cloaks in the world they tend to be be flawed in some way. For instance their magic fades with age, or they don't make somebody perfectly invisible. That sort of thing.
Harry's doesn't seem to exhibit those flaws. In the book when they visited Xenophilius Lovegood and he tells them about the deathly hallows, they react when tells them about the cloak of invisibility saying something like "what's so special about a cloak of invisibility? There a plenty of those" and Lovegood says something along the lines of "Aah, but have you ever seen a perfect one, impervious to age and others' spells" or something like that. Harry, Ron and Hermione all glance at each other, because they have seen something like that... Harry's cloak. When the death eaters arrive at Lovegood's place harry uses the cloak in their escape, and Lovegood tries to summon the cloak off of him using the accio spell, but it has no effect.
Also in that scene in the book, Harry makes sure the death eaters see his face before they escape so they won't think Lovegood is lying and wasting their time again (for which they would have punished him and potentially Luna). He had already tried to bargain for Luna's release with all sorts of magical trinkets previously and the death eaters were quite fed up with him as a result, which is the reason they showed up 'guns blazing' so to speak.

Hermione...well there are 1001 reasons to hide from Death Eaters when you are a "Mudblood" :S

I like how they changed the scene here, because it canonically makes sense.
In the books, escape from Lovegood house and getting caught by death eaters are two different scenes.
Here, they condensed it into one. Harry had no reason to show his face cos A) Disfiguring his face later would make no sense B) The death followed Harry to the forest and then to Malfoy Manor, so there was no question of them punishing Luna's dad.

When Harry and Hermione were at Godrich Hollow, and she found grave with the symbol, it was the grave of Ignotice Peverall, who is the original owner of the cloak and Harry’s ancestor. I personally find this one way better than the last one, last one is incredibly rushed and missed many important things, tonks / lupin, filius flitwick, Neville (even though what we got of neville was great), draco are done a great disservice. For me Deathly Hallows part 2 is the worst movie out of the 8 movies. 5 > 3 > 7 > 6 > 4 = 2 = 1 > 8. I am a bit biased towards 2 and 1 as they were very close to me due to similarities with certain characters.

The thing with Harry and Petunia should not have been left in. Petunia in the books didn’t deserve any kind of redemption or sympathetic nods. In the books she didn’t say a word to Harry, she left without as much as a “good luck” or “stay safe” and treated him like crap for his entire life. I don’t care if she was Lilys sister or she was all sad about not being a witch herself - she literally treated her dead sisters child like he was sub human and hoped that she could suppress him so hard that he wouldn’t become magical.
However, Dudley is a separate case. He mainly repeated what he heard from his parents which was calling Harry a “freak” and bullying him cos he was different. After Harry saved his life he completely changed his point of view and started to see Harry as a person and stopped buying into his parents beliefs. A child literally had more sense that two grown adults who bullied and abused an orphan child cos they didn’t like magic.

Dumbledore’s entire back story is sadly missing from this film. If you’re interested, here is a bit more about it:
Dumbledore was the oldest of three kids and when they were young, his sister was attacked and traumatized (unspecified) by three muggle boys. She went mad and was unable to control her magic. His father was furious and presumably killed the three muggle boys and was sent to Azkaban for life. His mother then took the kids to Godric’s Hollow.
Dumbledore was an exceptional student at Hogwarts and everyone thought he would go on to become the greatest wizard of his age. As he was about to graduate and go on to travel the world, his sister had a burst of magic and accidentally killed their mother to he had to return home and look after his brother and sister since they were no orphans. Albus was quite bitter about this as this was supposed to be his moment and he wanted to pursue his ambitions but he was stuck taking care of his siblings.
Then during the summer he met a boy named Gellert Grindelwald (we see him briefly in a flashback in the 7th movie). He was equally as brilliant as Dumbledore and they fell in love. Grindelwald was a bit dark though and he had the idea that the two of them would go on to rule the world and break the wizarding secrecy and become the dominant species. Dumbledore actually agreed to this and was on path to becoming a wizard supremacist. They wanted to find the Deathly Hallows and become immortal as well and Grindelwald already had one (the Elder Wand).
Then one day as Dumbledore was about to leave his family and go with Grindelwald, he had a huge fight with his brother and sister. Dumbledore’s brother was furious and they had a three way duel. Their little sister was traumatized and intervened and one of the random spells hit her and killed her (nobody knew who killed her). Grindelwald immediately left and Dumbledore was left without the guy he loved and without his sister.
Dumbledore’s brother punched Albus during the funeral and accused him of ruining their family and they never managed to reconcile their relationship. Albus felt so guilty and from that moment on he no longer wanted to pursue any kind of power because he would be too tempted by it and only sought to do good in the world and help others.
Meanwhile Grindelwald became the biggest dark wizard in the world (bigger than Voldemort) and caused a global wizarding war. Nobody was able to stop him and people pleaded Dumbledore for years to confront him but he couldn’t because he still loved him. Then he finally mustered up the courage and faced him in 1945 and they supposedly had the greatest duel of all time. Dumbledore defeated Grindelwald, gained the Elder Wand and Grindelwald went to prison for life.
The movie actually changed this but when Voldemort went to Grindelwald to ask him about the Elder Wand, Grindelwald laughed in his face and trolled him. Voldemort killed him but Grindelwald died not wanting to reveal Albus’ secret. That was his moment of redemption and showed that despite being a dark wizard, Grindelwald still had some good in him and that he still cared about Dumbledore.

I refuse to recognize the horrendous Fantastic Beast films as canon. The obscurus bullshit, the Nagini-Maledictus origin story. I just wish Rowling stuck to writing novels where she excels at, and not screenwriting. The second one was the worst BY FAR. I don't know what happened there, but she should stay away from screenwriting, it's not her forte. Trash movies. The first one is decent because the stakes are low, it's more wholesome and whimsical, it's more adult oriented but not in a "dark mature" way, more like a warmth rom com mixed with mystery and adventure.
But they tried to shoehorne the Dumbledore vs Grindelwald war and thats how it went to shit. The sequel's storyline is one of the worst messes I've ever watch in a franchise.
EDIT: It doesn't help she recognize The Cursed Child as canon. So yeah, to me JKR lost her mind a long time ago and now she is fucking senile with her franchise. I only take the seven books as canon, everything else is compromised.

I would have loved the inclusion of a little scene in the book when Harry, Ron and Hermione were visiting Mr. Lovegood and they Harry was in Luna's room.
It shows how much Luna cared for her friends and (in my eyes) what a sweet person she actually is. If I recall correctly, the movies also never mention that Luna's mother died because of a failed experiment which also kinda shows that Luna and Harry even share some similarities and she can relate pretty well to Harry (in general she is described as having the ability to speak uncomfortable truths)
“Luna had decorated her bedroom ceiling with five beautifully painted faces: Harry, Ron, Hermione, Ginny, and Neville. They were not moving as the portraits at Hogwarts moved, but there was a certain magic about them all the same: Harry thought they breathed. What appeared to be fine golden chains wove around the pictures, linking them together, but after examining them for a minute or so, Harry realized that the chains were actually one word, repeated a thousand times in golden ink: friends . . . friends . . . friends . . .”

Lucius fell out of favor with Voldemort for failing to bring back the prophecy which Harry retrieved from the Department of Mysteries at the Ministry of Magic. Voldemort realized Harry and himself share a mind connection (through which Harry knew when Ron's father was attack by Nagini while standing guard over the prophecy in the Department of Mysteries), and Voldemort then used the mind connection to craft a false vision of Sirius captured and being tortured at the Department of Mysteries. Lucius was lying in wait to ambush them for the prophecy once harry retrieved it (as only somebody about whom the prophecy is made could retrieve it, i.e. Harry or Voldemort). Voldemort didn't want to retrieve it himself as there was high risk of revealing he was alive again. Lucius failed in his task and Voldemort ended up having to come anyway, and ended up being revealed. I think he blamed Lucius for that if I remember correctly. Losing favor from that is also why Draco was given the task of killing Dumbledore (Which Narcissa, Draco's mother, made Snape swear to help Draco with). Voldemort never expected Draco to succeed in achieving Dumbledore's death, but if he did it was a win for Voldemort. It was however more likely Draco would die, or be captured, in the attempt, and so Voldemort giving Draco this task wasn't an honor, but a punishment of Lucius.

When they say there's 3 more horcruxes to go it's because Voldemort supposedly created 6
He had an obsession with the number 7 as they state it to be "the most magical number" for some reason. He asks Slughorn if it's possible to split the soul in 7 pieces, considering one would remain in the main body, that equals 6 horcruxes
(There's a little hint to his thing with 7 in that scene when Dumbledore visits him in the orphanage in which he keeps 7 stones by the window alongside that picture Pudgey noticed of the cave in which the fake necklace was hidden)

The horcrux played on Ron's insecurities and fears but it pushed too far and Ron's temper kicked in. I think it was hoping Ron would go after Harry but Ron knew the locket was responsible even in his anger.
Lucius Malfoy is in Voldemort's bad graces for letting the prophecy be destroyed. Getting himself and a bunch of other Death Eaters sent to Azkaban didn't help.

The Cloak of Invisibility was passed down to Ignotus's son. Ignotus's son had no male heirs so his oldest daughter, Iolanthe, inherited it instead. The Peverell family died in the male line around this time, but the heirloom was passed down the generations through the female line, the Potters, as Iolanthe had married Hardwin Potter from Stinchcombe
In the 20th century, the Cloak eventually ended up in the hands of Henry Potter, a Wizengamot member, ❤❤❤

Harry destroyed Tom Riddle's diary in his second year with the basilisk fang. Dumbledore used the basilisk venom-infused Sword of Gryffindor to destroy Marvolo Gaunt's (Voldemort's grandad's) ring. Voldemort wanted to split his soul into 7 pieces. That means 6 Horcruxes. Because he have one part soul in his own body so with 6 horcruxes it adds up to 7 pieces of his soul.
That is why they said only 3 left.
The destroyed once are the book from second movie, the ring from 6th movie and the locket from this one.

Spartan: "That from start to finish was just awesome.....SO much happened!"
THANK YOU. This is my favorite film next to Prisoner of Azkaban. As a book adaptation, I think it might be the single strongest and most faithful entry, splitting the book into two parts really helped with that. But they definitely had to, because what you said about this movie was also true of the book - it was SO dense with content. All killer, no filler.
This movie gets some flack for being boring/slow at times, because of the camping scenes, but not only is that completely true to the books, I actually like that this movie was able to take its time and breathe for a change. One of my biggest issues with the David Yates films, especially 5 and 6, was the pacing - they felt really rushed in places and scenes weren't dramatically weighted properly, it was just kind of like flipping through a sequence of events as they happened, almost like cliff notes versions of the books.
This had more of the pacing of a true adventure, or "road movie". I don't know how people can consider this movie boring while Lord of the Rings, which is dozens of times slower paced and more drawn out in places, is considered a masterpiece. I'm not saying this is at that level, but I just think it gets a lot flack it doesn't deserve, and is massively underappreciated. It's also just one of the best looking films visually, the cinematography is amazing, even the way the filmed it, everything is just gorgeous to look at and RICH with color - something that can't be said for the previous few films.

Also reminds audience it’s weighing on Harry.

In the movies it was Hedwig who gave Harry away - she flew to protect her master so they knew that was Harry. In the books it was Harry's good nature and reluctance to kill. He used "expelliarmus" to attempt to disarm, which is also the same spell he used when duelling Voldemort in the graveyard. The deatheaters recognised him because of it - when he used that spell, one of the deatheaters flew away yelling "it's him" so they all honed in on him and Hagrid. Lupin lectured him about it telling him the time for disarming is over. It's kill or be killed. The spell had unfortunately become his "signature" move.
In the books, Hedwig was still caged. She was hit with the curse then she went down with the bike and Harry felt pained when it exploded, because he knew for sure she was dead.

There is something explained in the novels that was not explained in the films. Harry's mirror fragment. It wasn't a piece of the mirror of erised. It was a piece of a gift from Sirius. The mirror itself has some tragedy/irony to it.
In Harry's fifth year, he wanted to communicate with Sirius, but Umbridge started watching all known methods of communication (except her own fireplace). She nearly caught Sirius because he used flu powder to communicate with Harry through the Gryffindor common room fireplace.
At Christmas, Sirius gave Harry a gift, but told him not to open it right away (because it would upset Molly). When he gets back to Hogwarts he forgets about it. After the battle at the Ministry, Harry finds the gift, inside is a two way mirror, with Sirius' note explaining how to use it (he used to use it to communicate with James, when they were in separate detentions). To use it, look into the mirror, say Sirius' name clearly, and he'll hear it with his own two way mirror and respond.
Sadly, if Harry had opened the gift sooner, he would have been able to verify Sirius's safety, without attempting to sneak into Umbridge's office/fireplace (and having Kreacher lie to him). With no verification of Sirius' presence at Grimmauld Place, Harry then decided to visit the Ministry to verify the vision he had of Sirius being tortured (Moldy Voldy's trap vision) and attempt to rescue his Godfather.
Back to the mirror. Harry realizes these implications, and is furious that he forgot to open the gift. He throws it into his trunk where it breaks. (If I remember correctly, this is left out of the movie.)
When he's packing his bags for the Horcrux hunting trip, he reaches into his trunk and cuts his finger on the mirror. He brings the largest piece he can find with him. Not for much else than sentimental reasons. He stores it in the Mokeskin pouch Hagrid gave him, but frequently looks into it. He feels like he sees a glimpse of bright blue eye, every once in a while. In the Malfoy's basement/dungeon he calls to it for help, and help arrives in the form of Dobby.

@@greywolf7577 No they don't pause the movie so it's playing at all times even when it's not shown in the video. Because of the copyright guidelines on youtube you cant really play a movie or a tv show for an extended period of time so that's why we try to show the most relevant parts of the movie in short clips and break them up with their commentary in real time so the video falls under the youtube copyright guidelines while also being watchable. Those youtube guidelines are actually pretty strict so that's why Spartan and Pudgey needed to hire an editor because it takes way more time and effort than anyone would expect to put it all together in a way that would satisfy both the youtube overlords and the viewers. They post full length, uninterrupted reactions on their patreon if you are interested.
