I bought my step son an old cadillac with change I had been saving just for him to turn around and sell the car .......I am now doing the 1 & 5 dollar challenge with spare change until my girls BOTH turn 18 I'm stoked that I have thousands of dollars saved but live like I am completely broke. Wish me luck & good luck to yall!
Buy me one
You guys are so cool
One of the reject coins was a buffalo nickel, likely worth some money
That one was a newer one and not worth more than a nickel
a saw a silver coin
That was a bison nickel.
I have like 4 buffalo nickels
Brittany Menear I saw that too
As a coin collector I find it hard to watch as I would have wanted to check for the valuable ones.
A part when they found the silver quarter they mentioned how come we didn't find that.. so im with you on that they didnt look hard enough haha
Same
i feel the same exact way lol
Lol same
You all be killing me with that. "Coin collecting" is worthless 99% of the time. Good luck with your obsession tho
That's crazy to think, just kept going and going lol
For 45 minutes! We've sent you a message on Facebook :)

Last night I cashed out $3 million in pennies after they called the cops on me because it was monopoly money.
Leader success ! Do what so was it monopoly money r for real pennies
Oh yeah, that’s exactly the amount the I guessed, $1234.56. 😉
Robert Torres no you didn’t
@@bitlifeduos9285 yes he did!!
Why u always lying ooh my gosh stop your lying 😂😂
Why ruin it
I'm in shock you'll didn't get charged a fee for cashing all those coins.
At most banks, if you have an account with them they don't charge you for using the coin counter or coin star.
It looks like they were, the end receipt looks like the fee and net total are covered up.
when i was a kid, my parents would never save their change so i asked if i could have it each day for about six months. then i asked to go to the bank to cash it in when the coffee can was over half full (awfully heavy for a ten year old!). when they saw how much i got back they kept their change ever since. i keep mine as well but separate the pennies from the rest into different cans.
The real treasure here is Jorge, where'd u find such a lady...Just wanting to compliment

Ok this is weird but I was like 12545678 but I was just joking and it was 1234.56 like😱😱😱
I think you said $800 dollars or lower than Gerorges $1000
It's not OCD, it's CDO. You have to put it in the correct order. LOL
PlayscBricks that joke is actually good😂
Imagine how many rare coins worth a lot of money were in there though
SpyC that’s what I was thinking?
I think they check as they find them prob.
We check all our coins before we take them to the bank. Have found steel pennies, old buffalo nickels, Liberty dimes, old quarters and old half dollars. The Susan B. Anthony's we keep also.
Ok... it is now April 12, 2019... and I haven't looked... Higher definitely.
$2000
somewhere near $2800
Think SPACEBALLS: 123456 THATS THE SAME COMBINATION ONMY LUGGAGE?
I just recently found you guys, and I have to say that the two of you are the cutest thing ever!! I have really been enjoying your videos and I reeeeeally want to go find a local casino that has a coin pusher now.
Welcome to the RUclips Hale$ Family 👪
I guessed $1100. Wow what fun!!!
Magnet fishermen in London are finding bags of coins in the canals near churches. I'm thinking it's some sort of religious practice to put items and coins in a bag and toss it in the water. Why you have found so many of them in a storage unit is beyond me.
🙌🏽We are starting this coin saving and $5 bill Challenge ! We are going to film our savings every week and then dump it into the jug every weekend . I’m so excited to see where we get in this journey and announce the amount in Dec. 2020 ! Congratulations that was a lot ! ! 123456 love it
I'm glad they knew that coins pre 1965 coins are 90% silver
@Ezra Reynolds pre 1965 doesn't include 1965
That rejected coin George held up was a Swedish 1 crown coin.
There's the money for one Hale of a ring for George 🥢💍💍💍💎💎💎💍💍💍💍💍
I save all my money I used to spend smoking cigarettes ($600 a year I rolled mine so it was $50 a month) and save all of my change and ones usually I have about $2,500 at the end of the year and our family goes on a nice vacation from it all during the summer 😎
Another follower named Nikki had said $1200.00
Almost enough to buy a 1oz gold coin!😬
I’m guessing $1286.54
If that’s right that would be amazing
EDIT: I was off by $51.98!!!
My guess before I watch the rest..$874 Commentary: The US Mint says that it is becoming too expensive to make coins. My suggestion to them is have and support machines like this bank has that does not charge a fee to turn in coins and gives us cash not store credit. The result is that "we the people" will bring in all the jars and drawers with loose change. It will be like a making coins because all of a sudden tons of coins will be drawn out of our closets and into the economy. I mean why should I give any percentage (10%?) to CoinStar, I will just let it sit in the jar. The US Mint never responded to this suggestion.
I use my coin jar at target in the self check out.
@@prinsis8219 : What? I did not know you can use coins at Targets self checkout. I am going to check that out. At least that is one way yo get rid of coins. thanks
Did u check for pre 65 coins, probably more $$ in silver than u think.
I think they have 1,234 56 I just have a feeling.
1,234
Should have pulled the silver out! Oh well...you'll make someone happy.

Still Watching in 2020🤦🏾♀️🤣🤷🏾♀️🥰
I thiink you have about 875.00 dollars
The coin you saw at time 6:41 in the video is an old swedish coin. I wonder how it got to the us
My dad has been holding coins since I was born and I’m 13😂i think I need to tell him something 😂💸💰
As I said in a previous comment I say over a $1,000 possibly closer to $2,000.
6.33 It was from Sweden. From my country. 😁😁😁
He probaly had all the coins stashed cause they were around during the great depresion
Sounds cool but a lot of tjose coins are old and valuable I'm a coin clolecter and anything1964 and below are worth a little to a lot of money some a 1000 times the amount you got in those gallons of coins combined look for a 1943 copper penny worth millions😊🤑
We filter the coins before we put them in the 5 gallon bucket
Thanks for letting me know I still watch your vids still
oh any old coins or silver? im a coin guy and do metal detecting and i could never just dump that, there guys out there that will go through a bucket like that for the good stuff, you might want to find a guy
newfreedom21 I wish you would save them for a year. Set a goal for something y’all would like but seems an extravagant purchase. Just write how much the thing costs and write it down and see how close you could come to the actual amount. And let us watch as the amount grows.
That many coins there had to be at least one collectable coin in there lol
We found a couple that got through the cracks but we filter it all :)
@@jerrystalnecker6577 Agreed, think I saw that special coin . . . the one worth zillions fly thru the sorter. Jeremy and George could be in Florida by now. LMAO
newfreedom21 hi i have old coins in my new video posted in my channel
I’ll say anywhere from between $25-$3000
the first coin you showed about 7 min in in the clip is a swedish coin its like our cent coin but now we have got rid of them. just like you to know where it come from
My mom got 143 dollars for her small box of coins the other day
People act like lose change doesn't add up.
That's absolutely incredible... Every penny counts :)

Did you check the coins for pre 1964 dimes and quarters? It's like roughly maybe ~$9 or $10 per 1 dollar face value of pre 64 dimes/quarters
Could you believe the ending amount! That was EPIC! 😊
Oof, my guess was $1,487.65 I guess I was wrong
MY PICK IS $1239 and 57 cents
The first rejected coin is an old Swedish 1 krona coin. Unfortunately not valid anymore.
875
First rejected coin is a swedish krona it's about 11 cents

i noticed that too, i was like what are the odds of that 😁
Sort as u along.Roll as well?May find rare & exotic coins?
Putting this guess in before watching beyond Georia's guess... My own experience with filling t3 Mason size jars had about $150.00 so I'm guessing $1350.00
What The Hales
I say 1649.92
Or as we say in the UK, a four gallon bucket!
One of my uncles is a coin collector so he would buy lots of pennies and he would pull all of the valuable ones out then put the others aside and he gave it to me and my family and we ended up with 706 dollars worth of pennies!!!
Nice!
20005
475 ok since jeremy gets a seconds im gonna go with 1105 lol
I filled one of those jugs half full before cashing in and got about $800. I've read the comments so I know what the number is but my guess based on my experience was around 2 grand
1257.55
How are their only 38 dimes in that entire bucket🤣🤣🤣
*Curious as to what bank you use??* That actually has a coin counting machine... all the ones I’ve found locally here by me, don’t have a counter AND they require you to roll all your coins in order to have them convert it to cash/paper money.
A local community bank in Wayne County Ohio
I reckon they will get £1234.56
My guess was 700 to 800 until I saw the bucket tilt and all the silver, then it was Oh Hales No!!!
Did you see the ending amount? It was so EPIC!!!!!!!
A) I’m stoked you are looking through the coins (at least the ones that are coming back and b) I was guess anywhere between $1000 and $1500. I collect my coins and just a small jar surprises me with its total amount so I knew this was bank! Solid job, y’all. This is fantastic.
Wow 1234.56
for anyone who is interested the coin at 6.36 is from sweden
Make sure you check those returns Nichols to see if they're silver anytime from 42 to 45 1942 to 1945 you guys man
This machine unfortunately doesn't spit out silver :)
Could of thrown away 500 bucks in silver
@@WhatTheHales 925.00
That poor woman that has her cubicle next to this machine!!!
I guess it'll be 2,327.37.lets see what it'll be now.
I sure hope you looked at the dates on those coins before dumping them, they could be worth a of money.
We sure did!!! We’re coin collectors

You saved $147 by not going to Coinstar.
Thanks for sharing the math with us :)
That's freaking awesome.

My new favourite video! I see 1234 everywhere and did actually guess $1234 at the beginning just as jokes.. When I saw it creeping up from 1200 I was almost on the edge of my seat wondering if it would reach it.. Happy dance ensued 😄
George, wait until you’re done before throwing the rejected coins in.
Jeremy and George that is one hales of a bucket there oh man that looks heavy love you both ❤️
Just gonna ignore the sacks of weed lol
Hi guys the they are lots off coins you find from Aaron higher
I love that you got those numbers the way you did. My fav time of day is 12:34pm and maybe 56 seconds.

Hi
Bro you got better fps than PS4
omg I guessed 1236.24!!! that is hillarious
Last time I cashed in my change tub I had £1,600 👍🏻
Higher
Well if we coulda seen all those quarters in the beginning we woulda guessed higher
Whoever was saving/bagging this change must have stored their dimes separately. Only 38 dimes? A lot of people save their dimes cuz of the value/volume ratio. Where's the dime stash bro? What the Hales.
Nice video 👌 hello from Slovakia 8:20 much money
Very nice couple and enjoyed your humor and fun hope you have more adventures on You Tube.
I would have sorted out all the silver coins etc. Could be valuable coins in there. Cool video tho!
We would have too ... that's why we did! Make sure to watch the follow up video of all the collectible coins :)

It is so weird that the machine rejects more 5 cent pieces than others
It depends on the weight too! Some of those have silver in them. The more pronounced the head of Jefferson is the more silver there is. That is what I learned.
5 gallon bucket coins. $2700.
That was probably their change after each store! They just threw it in the grocery bag.
GREAT GUESS! Could you believe the ending amount! That was EPIC! 😊
I’m wondering-how much was the storage unit in the first place? Did you make a profit just with the coins?
Yep
I swear on my life before the video i said 1190
At least $1,000.00 out of the 5 gal .bucket.
I think its lower it mite be $800. Or something like that.
Did you separate the coins that have a higher silver content ??
Yep... sure did :)
Hey I need some help I'm still looking for the comment section
5 golon of coins I say it's close to 2,600.00
