Curious Case Of Benjamin Button is Absolutely amazing film! One of Fincher's Best! The only 2 films that I didn't like as much from him are : Alien 3 (Which he himself didn't like the film for many reasons) and Panic Room. But Gone Girl , Fight Club , Seven , The Girl With A Dragon Tattoo , The Social Network , Zodiac and The Game are some of the best films I have ever seen! If I had to rate Fincher films it would go like this for me : 1)Fight Club 2)Seven/Zodiac ( Can't choose between them ,both Masterpieces in they own ways ) 3) Gone Girl 4) The Curious Case of Benjamin Button 5) The Game 6) The Social Network 7) The Girl With A Dragon Tattoo 8) Panic Room 9) Alien 3
have to say brad pitt honestly is a fantastic actor i mean se7en is my favourite film of all time...but his roll in jesse james... man... he scared the shit out of me... such an unpredictable temper ...would be laughing then pull a knife...the scene where he does that to casey affleck and sam rockwell is watching this happening to his brother and laughing along so his brother won't be killed is heartbreaking to watch... even when brad pitt leaves the room... the look sam rockwell gives to his "brother" is a fantastic piece of acting.
This guy is the WORST interviewer I have ever seen. My god, the ackward silence bits and attempts at humor. Jesus. So Brad Pitt gives this beautiful long explanation on his love for the jesse james film.. the interviewer pauses ackwardly for like 8 seconds and proceeds to say really slowly "it's a film to be proud of for sure".... brad pitt pauses, (thinking to himself) uhhh, responds "yup". Jesus man.
I thought I would be impossible for a yank to actually adapt and manage to talk like a real gypsy to a certain extent, its shocking deserved an Oscar for it but the Americans don't appreciate it as they don't understand the accuracy and how much of an achievement it is that he could pull that off.
Well he had an Irish accent in The Devils Own so it's like that just muddled he says he can't do accents but he can. Mickey is such a savage character. That's a great film.
