Great build. I saw an man had a plywood scow set up like that 40 years ago in Southeast Louisiana. He water cooled the exhaust because he didn't want the heat in the boat. Looks to be efficient to operate.

Different prop pitch combinations can help with speed as well as upgrades to the engine itself. Remove restriction from throttle, upgrade carbs/air filter, upgrade exhaust, if you want to go as far as removing the rpm limiter and replacing valve springs you can get these small motors really up and going. Great job though🤙

What did you use to stuck the pvc sheet on the foam? And what is the liquid that you used for composite fiber.
Foam core boat.
Lightweight and with a real engine.

One cool upgrade you can add is to get a stand alone ATV (polaris) transmission that's chain driven. That would give you F N R and be a nice addition.
