i think you did great work. BUT, i think with a higher pitch on the prop you could probably gain more speed. the engine did not seem to have a lot of strain, it could probably be able to spin a more aggressive prop. I feel like a 570cc should be able to go faster.
A most excellent build! You have great skills and engineering ability. I started working with fiberglass and resin at age 14. That was 54 years ago. I am now 68 and still build many hobby projects for myself just for fun. Enjoy what you do.
Сначала подумал, а чего выхлоп в воду бы не сделать, но когда услышал звук мотора, то прям передумал. Классный звук, будто у породистого чоппера! И сама лодка хороша! Лайк за старания.
Your boat build videos are my favorite! You incorporate a lot of important elements into your boats. For example, the trim tab/foil on the transom is so important to stop the vessel from porpoising or hopping. I also like that you made it a wet exhaust system. Plus you used a piece of rubber hose to connect it to the thru-hull. That prevents the fiberglass from cracking. More importantly, it stops heat from transferring to the hull and possibly catching fire. Lots of little details that make it your best build yet. I can't wait to see what you build next. I'm still hoping you will build a hydrofoil or maybe a small type of boat called a flea? I bet it would be awesome! 👍
Sincerely thank you for your suggestions, in the near future I will build hydrofoils and new models of boats, hope you follow and support me, thank you!

I had an 18 up vanguard on a little tractor for many years. It’s a great engine and is perfect for that boat build. One of my favorite boat builds that you have done. Thanks for the video!
Another outstanding job! Question: I see that you are using Bernoulli's principle to pull water via the blue hose into the exhaust flow then dumping overboard. My question is Why? Noise reduction? How are you cooling the motor?
How did you calculate the the prop wash exhaust cooling, so the water pressure wouldn't overcome the exhaust pressure or vice versa ? You're amazing !!!!
I thought he was employing “Bernoulli’s Principal” to have low pressure from the fast flowing exhaust create suction on the smaller water line. The same way the fast moving air inside a vacuum cleaner creates suction on the hose of the vacuum. Not water forced into the duct by the boat moving. Was I wrong? Maybe a combination of the two forces? Now you’ve got me thinking. I’m working on trying to figure out how much speed would create enough pressure to force water through the duct and up to the exhaust.

I can't find enough words to describe my passion towards V-twins, this is a perfect engine for the job. Btw, why hole in a rudder? To reduce cavitation, or any kinda "whirpool lag" breaker?
This guy is absolutely “sáng tạo”. The hole allows the rudder to be turned with less effort but with the same steering effect as a rudder without a hole. On some boats, depending on how the hole is aligned, it can also allow direct access to the shaft drive for repairs without removing the rudder assembly.
what type of resin would I use in America ?? with the foam ? do you have the specifications on the parts you use to connect motor and shaft to prop?? and bearings for shaft?
Excellent! The only 'improvement' I'd recommend is a seat back support to prevent you from getting bumped into the hot engine. Just some slats placed side to side of wood or bamboo would work nicely.
