- This is how to make a chocolate ganache - much easier that you'd think :) Mix in chocolate chips with hot cream in a ratio 3:1 and mix until melted through. If needed, finish melting on a water bath. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
White chocolate chips - 300g
Cream - 100ml

Can i replace it with mozarella cheese?
Can we use a tablette of white chocolate or it reallyy needs to be chocolate chip please?
Not sure what a tablette is, but you can definitely use chips, it’s the way to go actually. You can also chop up a bar 🙌
Looks good. Very easy too.
So 1 part cream to 3 parts white chocolate?
Yup
Table cream or heavy cream?
I'm not sure what you'd call it, here we only have one type that's 38%
Is the ratio by weight or volume?
By weight :)
where are the quantities?
In the description...
I did exactly like that and mine became gritty with lots of liquid fat around. Could you help me figure out why, please? 😟
More than likely it got too hot... normally you can salvage it by taking it off, letting it cool down a touch and then using a whisk try to homogenise it. There are videos out there on how to fix a split ganache :) Hope it helps!
recipe plz
Thanks
I made the ganache for my biscuit cake. You can watch that video for more details :) Here is the link: ruclips.net/video/tzWkzBMPzgE/видео.html
Do dark
It's the same principle, just use dark chocolate chips ;)
Dont whisk because it puts air in! We dont want that
