The last is a bit strange, but totally catchy and I think she might have still been an addict when she wrote it. You should definitely check it out... It's called "The Girl you Lost to Cocaine."

Katie Perry is supposed to have passed because she felt it was too much like Firework which was a recent hit for her at the time. They also tried Mary J. Blige, but Guetta didn't care for her take. He then decided to release it with Sia's demo track for the vocal. At the time Sia had decided to stop performing and focus on writing songs for other artists. This song pulled her back into performing, and Chandelier, Elastic Heart, Alive, Cheap Thrills, The Greatest, etc. all followed. I like to call this the best demo track ever.

As I’ve mentioned previously, Calvin Harris is probably one of the only big time DJ/producers from this era to sing some of his tracks, and solo (‘Summer’ was on shortlist for my Mixtape last month). This one has a crazy droning kinda drop. This one was shopped around for a vocalist in 2011 after Sia gave it to Guetta including names like Mary J Blige, Alicia Keys and even Katy Perry, who reportedly helped with the idea Guetta should just leave Sia’s vocals on it, which surprised Sia when it came out, she wanted to move more BTS as a songwriter at this point (leading into the wig persona when this and then Chandelier blew up). Since then, they have become repeat collaborators, the very next year they had ‘She Wolf (Falling to Pieces)’ from the re-release of David Guetta’s album NOTHING BUT THE BEAT. (2.0 edition)
‘When Love Takes Over’ with Kelly Rowland from 2009 would be a good suggestion (David Guetta also appears in the video) and ‘Dangerous’ with Sam Martin (2014) is another of my faves. Nicki Minaj has also done a couple songs with him. For Sia, I’d like to see ‘Alive’ or ‘Cheap Thrills’ (which has an alt video for the ft. Sean Paul version) next perhaps.
Would you consider reacting to LSD's music? It's a brilliant trio of Sia, Labrinth and Diplo - literally, every song on the album is so cool to react to. I would recommend Audio, Thunderstorm and Genius to start with. Would be really cool if you can do reaction to it
