Thank you, mister, for sharing the information about how to dispose of crab fishing gear... The weather is raining, I'm really sorry, mister. Spirit,,,,👍💪
The rain that came the weekend after Jasper dropped 875mm in 24 hours down the road from me. We're 30m above the river and we had water about 50cm from flooding our yard. Got my neighbours living in my spare room while they rebuild and get their place ready to live in again. Broke my arm while we were getting his disabled partner out. Broke it on Saturday night, rang the ambulance even though I was flooded in, did a video conference call and was told they'd get me an airlift. Unfortunately 30 minutes before they made that call, they'd grounded all air rescue flights due to the extreme rainfall so I was stuck the wrong side of floodwater til Tuesday with an arm broken in 3 places and no painkillers except some panadol. Good times.
@@timmyturtlefish3321 Cheers, getting there, cast off in a coupe of weeks. Looks like it might be your turn, in for another drenching off a cyclone this week. Stay safe and keep the esky stocked. 👍
timmy is the type of guy who says of crocs just after loosing a crab trap :"They must be hungry in all this floodwater" then proceeds to hang his chompers off the side of the boat touching the water... Timmy for reals though I hope you house and town were not too damaged from the floods (even if you were prepared!)
Here in Oregon USA a lot of times for personal crabbing we use Chicken to get our Dungeness crabs. I think it has to do with the oils and smell traveling well under water. Seems to work well. Does that work for your mud crabs too?
Yep, in Tillamook bay it’s either chicken backs or fresh salmon carcass. I’ve also done well on fresh pork skin with fat still attached. The skin lasts forever in the water and puts out one helluva oil slick.
@@TsugaOregon yeah my mom and sis live in Bandon and we either go crabbing from the pier or I’ll bring my boat over. Either way, makes for a nice day. I’ve tried rock fish and doesn’t seem to work well. Halibut carcass or skeleton does tho.
Tillamook Sporting Goods carries skinned Mink carcasses that the seals and sea lions won’t mess with. They’re usually pretty effective and inexpensive to boot. One mink cut 4 ways will bait four traps for a half day
Salt water is denser than fresh water so the salt water is under the fresh the crabs will survive LOL , Ive seen crabs coming through cane fields during floods on the Maroochydore River back in the 80's Cheers Maqte👍👍👍😎💨🏴☠☮☮☕☕💡🌈☺☺
Another absolute banging video as always Timmy ✌️🤙 when are you going to do another video with Andy's fishing yous are both top tear Australian RUclipsrs 🙏🙏🙏💯
What's even wilder is that most people just chuck them in the bin with the fish wings! In New Zealand they organised a project give them away to people who want them which is really cool and less waste!
Hey Guys great video but leave dogs at home- I know I will cop some flack for that comment but just my opinion as I have never taken mine out they can get underfoot & cause an accident. Cheers Denise
You blew 12 minutes doing nothing I feel you want to explain but most of us watch all crabing videos and there's at least 20 different U-Tubers making videos
Do you think you'd be brave enough to rebuild the OG Pipedream and go for a flick around those mangroves lol
Good to see you Timmy you got some nice mud crabs awesome.

Yes but crocs move chicken more then anything else so lose more pots I have been told

@@timmyturtlefish3321 that makes sense. I’ve had seals or sea lions take my bait a few times.

Fantastic were is that? Boat and close to the river and sea. Awesome. Subscribed , keep up the good work.
Timmy, sweet video. Bought one of your hats but unfortunately my large melon doesn't really fit so had to give it to the Mrs...
Cheers legend! Appreciate the effort anyways 😊👍

Epic stuff. Cheers
Awesome session bloke
Only a matter of time before a muddy gets hold of the dog , that should get the view count up 😂
I miss the old Timmy flicking slim swimz around the mangroves
Bundy and muddy 👌
Timmy, you’re back again!! Thought a bush pig got you
Nice work mate. How long do you recommend leaving crab pots out for muddy crabs ?
over night then rebait. doesn't take long for them to find it if you put it in the right spot
Great stuff boy's,
Timmy u Ganna get turtled if u get much more relaxed in that water bro! 🤦 hahah good crab
Where did you get your buckets from lad, shop for ants ??
That’s wild that you’re using fish head. Fish heads make great soup and has a lot of meat on it.

Yeh the turtle
Looking like bear grills in the thumbnail
With all the signs of croc's in the area, you're game hanging your feet over the bow.
It's been an auto like from day 1 on your vids Timmy T.
Why not a raincoat for the poor dog
Wow...
Why is Brett being a hard man not the top comment? Cops a wasp sting to the face and laughs it off... !! :)
Timmy .. you need Garlic.

I have to ask, why the second channel?
Only building and diy content gets promoted ok the old channel. Always shuts down the fishing continent and pushes the diy content
those poor fishing rods and eyelets. this is why fishing rods snap
I think your dog was cold..
Hey Tim if ya see this I live like two minutes down the road from u
I am from
