I think the idea behind the shackled bride design is that she is ready to engage in love with her master and the shackles signify her virginity(at least in her current servant form lol). The old F/Extra CCC game didn't explain this as far as I know since it was just a swappable skin, but even in that old game there is a hint in the special edition of the game which is called Virgin White Box and has the figma inside. This is supposed to be the F/Grand Order version by the way, while the 1.0 is the Extra CCC version.

I've just got mine today after watching your review a couple of times (yes, your reviews are my referent to decide if i want a Figma figure or not hehe), but sadly had som qc issues, the small hair part was popped off, the left shoulder was totally stuck and one of the knees seems to have the joint a bit twisted but not too much, fortunately i've been able to solve everything and now it's fully posable, i really like the look of the bride costume and i regret nothing despite the issues it had, btw yesterday got Hemet Nethel and i'm absolutely in love with this figure :D

Unfortunate about the QC issues, this shouldn't really happen considering how much we pay for these things but good to hear you got everything fixed!

Hm, unlikely because of the butterfly joints. Not impossible but would take some work to adjust.

Judging from the posaibilty you showed in the video, that ugly abs joint is probably there only because the chest joint has limited posability range.
Sure, I just wish they would've chosen a cleaner way to do it.
The ahoge of the new one is very fragile and awful. Mine arrives with the ahoge broken and after searching in Japanese sns looks like a repetitive issue.

I own the old one, but saw this for $65 so I jumped on it. The waist part is ugly, but the rest I feel is a large improvement. Especially the face

She is actually her own character in Fate/Extra CCC and older game than FGO... this is just her FGO version i guess instead of a 2.0 Bride Saber
She also seems to be based off of Nero more than Saber maybe you can swap her face plates easier with the Nero Figma? (the new one obviously)

The abs hinge is really bad... And it doesn't really need articulation on that part...

I do appreciate them trying to give extra articulation to these figures, Dai's hinge legs were a massive upgrade over the regular T shaped piece.
But man, I do have to agree with you on that one, that's too much of an aesthetic sacrifice.
The fact this vid's up while there is Nero Bride banner seems almost deliberate; say what you want, they paid you 🤨📸

So the little pointy hair ahoge thing broke on my copy of the figure. I didn’t even put that much force into it. Thankfully I glued it back into place. so be careful when moving the figure head.
