Nah, Phoenix is better, roar tyranno is kool and is comparable competitively to Phoenix. It’s good if you want two phoenix in your deck like how you can have keel shark and bite croc in the same team

Toys R Us does price match so if find one there but it’s cheaper in other stores, including Amazon. Even if it’s out of stock somewhere else you can pay the lower price.
