    I thought it would be prettier with strawberries so I decorated it with that, but I prefer to eat this chocolate tart after freezing in the freezer without strawberries because it is much chewier 😋🍓

    Ingredients
    Digestive biscuits 120 g
    45g of melted butter
    1 egg yolk
    20g of sugar
    2 teaspoons of cake flour
    80g of hot milk
    3g of butter
    Strawberry for decoration

    Recipe
    1. Crush the digestive biscuits in a bag and mix with melted butter.
    2. Press as hard as possible in a tart mold and store in the refrigerator for a while.
    3. Mix egg yolk, sugar, and cake flour, and pour hot milk and butter, and mix.
    4. Pour all over the pot and stir over low heat until thickened.
    5. When thickened, turn off the heat, add dark chocolate, and mix and dissolve.
    6. Sieve the finished chocolate custard.
    7. Pour over on the tart, bake in preheated oven at 170 degrees 20 minutes.
    8. Cool it down to room temperature and let it firm in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
