Can an asylum seeker buy a house in the USA? Or can an asylum seek who is in Immigration court buy a house? What benefit will it give that person? I have a friend who wanting to buy a house but he was referred to court 6months ago. Looks like he have an idea of ownership. I advice him not to due to the case he has. What do u think he can do? Buy the house or wait for his case to finish?

Hi Jim. I was granted asylum after 6 yrs. Before I got my green card, I traveled back home with Advance Parole. My mother was very sick and was constantly asking for me. I was with her for 2 days and then she passed away. Istayed for 27 days and returned. Will this affect my Greencard?

Wow, such a funny story. So I don’t feel safe in the US because I will get persecuted in Portland, but if I move to Seattle or any other city I will be ok. But I need asylum for the whole country, all fifty states... 🤣

I wonder how would the US government know about this. I have met a few asylum seekers head home country after they got LPR’s or US citizenship status.
I wish they would just answer some of these simple yes or no questions instead of redirecting to tht email
