As always Ray came through the foundation as solid as it can be great job i love this content when you work on your house so much to learn from your experience
The poor dog they keep it on a 1 foot leash. It has the worst life ever. It’s not allowed to live freely and move around on its own. They keep it chained up choking.
WELCOME NEW HATER! Thanks for coming. So...she is on a 6 foot leash, connected to a pulley that allows her to run at least 30 feet up the hill and back. We also take her to the river often.
Hi guys . Just subscribed to you all. I’m from Atlanta. Early next year taking early retirement ( I’m an air traffic controller) and have visited Phil a couple of times already. This 3 rd trip trip will be to decide yes or no to retire in. Your video of after Odette so moved me. The resilience of everyone touches the heart. All the best to you 3.
Well...first of all welcome and thank you for your post. Yes...they are resilient. But, if you have the means to build strong the first time, you're ok in typhoons. The few people near our Bien Unido property who did have means, had no problems from the typhoon. Hope the best for your decision and keep in touch if you head this way! Thank you!
Our solar is 48volt and the house is 220v, so I think you're right. Sounds a bit complicated for the mechanicals to be build here, but I'll look into it. Interesting idea!
@@offgridislandfamily power is an one , winch permanent hanging at top from beam , a stillage cage . We have used them for mezzanine floors in shed / barn 12v winches are so cheap. Step down power is cheap also , in Australia 🦘 we use 240 .
The panels came from a Solar shop in Tagbilaran. The batteries from online and the inverter (sponsored by a subscriber) came from an online store also. Cheers!
christainFilipadating seems nice but still at the end of the day it also filters out people with values and money. if you cant afford it and you have true intentions, it is a bit expensive. even the lowest package cost the same amount of money as a plane ticket from my contry to there.
These people are the worst ever they walk around with their phones on them all day long everybody makes fun of them. They don’t ever worry about where their son is as he just walks around on his own while they film themselves on their own cameras.
Shouldnt one of you draw it out on paper? wouldnt that be easier for you, Ray and Barbie to know what will be built? you are driving me crazy...no one seems to know what will happen, but Ray keeps building it.. AHHH!
Heheehhe! Yep. Abstract. The 'room' we are in now was supposed to be the garage. Nope. Not anymore. Jhaja has painted many wall panels now and it's become special. I think you'll like the end result. ;-)
Keep the air vents free from obstructions. Air flow is very important.
Thank you, for construction update.

Dog shaping up nicely. I miss all mine. Just got tired of putting them down. Absolutely brutal. Now my kid is my dog.

@detroit-nomad Someone needs to put you on a leash and collar.
You are 100% right. Nothing worse that taking that last trip to the vet. Horrible. Still brings tears to my eyes even as I type this.

Would it make sense to have the kitchen sink drain into the CR septic tank instead of the yard? Is that a possibility?
Yes, but it's not draining into the yard. It will go to the bathroom septic. Cheers!
Not sure where my cr drains into. But I surf when there is surge so hope not there.
there is no SIR. You know everyone personally. 😂
Please be patient. We are working on this. Hehehhe! Cheers Jim
He knows me.
You got yourself your own Moana
Is moana maori? They good at rugby.
Oh...it's probably Moana...the moan a lot. LOL
Where you buy your solar system from?

Why is the dog always chained up? Seems cruel.
Because we are assholes. Also because it's all under construction. .
Lol. Also because they are responsible. Obviously never had an american pitbull.
