I'm Australian, and am delighted at our silver medal. But why is the Australian team in the thumbnail for this clip? The USA deserved their win and they deserve to be centre of attention.
The US was always going to win this relay. Significantly faster in the butterfly and even more so in the breaststroke that we were never going to make up in the other two legs. Kaylee was actually 0.44 slower in the backstroke which also wasn't surprising because she is always slower in relays compared to the individual events. Silver is the best the Aussies could expect and they got that.
I think you as the Olympic official channel put Team Australia as thumb nail of this video, because you know they are the real champion, not the Team Purple, the latter they juiced so much that their faces all turned purple.
