However they were aware of significant structural issues and dragged their heels to get work done to correct it before this situation could happen. $9M is a huge price tag to fix it but it's cheaper than the law suits and paying out to the victims families. If you have a gas leak on your vehicle that is spraying on your engine, you don't wait 3 years to fix it. You get it fixed right away before it sets your vehicle on fire. They didn't take the situation seriously and now they'll have to pay the price. I foresee the land owners going bankrupt and having to sell the property after everything is done

It's either stupidity on their part for their selfish, greedy, ignorant ways, or intelligent to keep a population at each other, so they can do what they want, while making a population look less, and themselves look better. It is all about image to them after all. Most major news corporations are either politically owned, funded, or driven by their political business partners. One of the biggest reasons that a population today is socially separated, racially divided, hand raised, and politically paper trained.
