No, I'm afraid they don't. If you really want the AA sound you'd have to go to the Bandoneon und Koncertina fabric in Klarsfeld, Germany. It was the same firm that built the mythical Afredo Arnold bandoneons that all the Argentinians played. Piazzolla's was a 1926 one. Chromatic bandoneons are a very poor compromise compared to the diatonic models- due to a very important difference in the way that the reeds are played out on the plates.
Just a minute. A bandoneon is NOT a concertina. Please don't spew out rubbish like that. Charles Wheatestone invented the concertina, and Heinrich Band developed that "BANDonion". Look up instrument history. 1826 for the first, and 1857 for the second.
