Thanks, ladies, for your time. Lots of great questions and answers. I hope to connect with some of you while I'm there January - March 2025. I'm not sure, yet, which area I will reside in.
Sis-Stars you all look amazing and you are glowing. Thank you for showing us how to live a different life then what we’re accustomed to, with style, grace and ease. Living life your way, awesome!
@@Marysseasonedexpatlife I've enjoyed more than a few of your post. The learning of the public transportation and the Boquette suspension bridge videos were nice as well.
Tricare Latin is in that area for any vets watching. You will need to call Tricare a couple of days before moving. They will need an address in order to update your coverage. Tricare is global.
I'm a person of color living in Italy. My dream is to move to the Coronado area (playa coronado). Still working my butts off trying to make money and soon Ill start learning spanish. Got some Afropanamanian friends whom I interact with from time to time. Is it possible to buy land and build? Thanks so much ladies for the helpful video. Can't wait to move to my dream country.
Meni Hotep I’m visiting Panama in Dec w/another Sis-Star. for the first time. We will plug in with this expat group on arrival. Is there a tour group that can take us to 3-4 different areas of Panama.
Hi ladies thinking of moving to Panama in the expat community, is it better to rent and buy later. What about living outside of a expat community. Thank you
I do not know of any communities that are just for expats but if your Spanish is limited and you have never been to Panama then it’s definitely best to rent first!
Do any of you ladies or your friends attend church in Panama? I grew up in a Baptist church but have been attending a non- denominational church (mostly blacks) in the last 15 years. Are there any churches close to that?
Thank you ladies for sharing information on the different places in Panama. I didn't know of Algarrobos in the Chiriquí province. Ladies, do you have connection with anyone in Penonomé? I'd like to ask for those who speak Spanish from the previous panel and this one, did they handle their immigration paperwork alone or did they hire an attorney regardless. Also can they please list the references of real estate agents they know for the Coclé and Chiriquí provinces. Thanks.❤❤❤
Everyone hired an immigration attorney you can not do it by yourself, real estate referrals can be found in our BWEIP Facebook group. I will be sharing an interview with my immigration attorney next week so stay tuned!
Afternoon… I would to see the area u guys live in … could u do a quick video… also u r look at vehicles..have u found anything and what is the pricing like
Thank you for sharing. Visited Panama City n Feb 2022. Loved it. Please can you give me realtor referrals for Panama City and Cornado. Need to make a relatively quick move for November 2023. Thanks again.
It’s depends on you, there is a lot of inventory you could easily find one in a few days, it depends how much research you do before and what you are looking for
Me and my wife just left Nueva gorgona in june2023 and have already booked for November to December. We want to retire in Panama in 2yrs. Thank you for your videos and keep doing what you do your information is valuable.
Hi Mrs. Goff. I appreciate this video. I am interested in cities in Panama with temperatures no higher than 85. I don't like heat. Good transportation. I have a special diet Keto. I need to buy or have these products delivered.
@@annaware1836 Panama City is not dominated by expats, expats are a small minority here. That video is already posted. There are also several beach cities other than Coronado that were mentioned that are not expat heavy. This is a small example to give you an idea of life at the beach. You would probably need to visit or do more research on your own to find out the number of expats in each area to determine if you think they are dominated or not.

How far is the beach from airport?
It depends on the beach
Do you recommend hiring an immigration attorney? Or is the process of obtaining a visa and etc can be done without hiring one?
It’s the only way of obtaining a visa in Panama, I am working a video about the process!
