The size is compare to my house in texas where it cost less than $200,000 usd. Seol korea has no land and is very expensive. A house this big will cost in the upper 10+ million over there and that is not consider a mansion yet. So a 4,000 square feet house in texas will cost from $300,000 - $500,000 but it will cost x4 the price in south korea city. Texas home are much much cheaper than California or new york . Different geographic location different price.
This is the thing I hate about Korea and the idols and actors and everyone in that field like don’t make it look like it’s normal to weigh yourself everyday
