Unaware that Nidge (TOM VAUGHAN-LAWLOR) was the person behind the pipebomb explosion that caused Linda’s (DENISE McCORMACK) death, Fran (PETER COONAN) meets with Nidge. Fran discusses how he is feeling and his new relationship with Nidge, making jokes and appearing calmer. However, when Karl (PATRICK MURPHY) makes jokes about Linda’s death, Fran snaps and stabs him with a pint glass - immediately regretting it after.

@@oclarke31 Yeah, the stabbing was a bit extreme and that's where Fran's crazy is. Most of us would sort it with a knock or two, Fran just skips straight to the murder 🤣
