This was a WILD day, right from the start. We take on a giant scree slope, lots of animal encounters and, of course, at least 10,000 feet of descending!

"Hi, I love you" to the dog got me laughing. Looks amazing.
the 2 little ones getting treats at 18:24 ... their joy makes this specific upload hit different.
Amazing Hill Mountain Climbing Video 🫡🫡🫡💯😄😄😱😃💯😃💥😎💫💥😎💫😱😃👍😃😄💖💖👍👍👍
Man, you should do a video or series guide to doing big MTB tours. The do's and don't's and common mistakes. That could be very useful to those of us who are interested in doing a trip like this for the first time! Thank you!
The best thing about these big tours is that you just have to show up, ready to ride. We take care of everything else! Seriously though, any good tour company will have plenty of additional information for you after you sign up for a trip. And if you have additional questions they/we are always there to help. Take the leap and just sign up for a trip that you think is right for you. The rest of it will fall into place and it’ll likely be the best decision you ever made. 😉
@@WanderingWheelsRevelstoke The Peru trip looks epic and perfect! Now I just need to save my pennies...
don't go with an all inclusive tour "agency" especially one in Canada selling you tours in Peru, Nepal, or anywhere not in Canada. They don't reside here. They don't pay taxes here. They don't come out and build or repair the trails their trains of tourists destroy, they aren't even legally allowed to guide in this country, being unregistered. And their "local" guides lack a basic understanding of safety or cultural and environmental sensitivity. they contribute NOTHING to the local communities or local cycling, they only EXTRACT money from the local economy. Also its a locally known fact that this "agency" stole its itinerary from another established operator who is actually based here and has all the legal requirements and certifications to guide in Perry, and their "local guide" once stole a webpage (pictures and text) from another operator and had to be issued a cease and desist for stealing someone else's IP to promote his "tour company". Also, Kinti, DUDE. How dog shit do you have to be to NOT know that Llamas & Alpacas ALWAYS double, or even triple back on a trail or road hen a cyclist, moto or car approaches?? I mean, five year olds here know that so how the hell are you still crashing yourself and your groups into llamas and alpacas?
Dodging all those dogs turns the double black diamond into a pro line for sure! Lol #cujo
hahaha yes bro it does
Great job! Thank you for the joy in the rain .
Love from India 🇮🇳 ♥️
Epic rides! 14000ft starts!! Gotta find stuff like this!
how do you not stop for every lama or alpaca dude, I'd be lama-spotting endlessly
Brain, you followed your dreams, took a major risk, and have been rewarded with many once in a lifetime experiences. Paru has to be an all-time favourite of yours top 3 anyways.
Man! This looks fun!
The aqueduct are so awesome, great engineering.
Your Downieville trip continues to be my favorite
Some sick riding and views there! 🤯
This series is neverending
12:55 ''Gracias Mami'' Thanks for showing the nice sides of peru and being nice yourself
These Peru rides are so epic, how can they be topped? Don’t be surprised if somehow you miss the dogs and chickens coming out of nowhere haha seeing the whole culture is also so amazing. Gotta do this again with Sara!
So fun! Been there -but unfortunately not for MTB. Still a great place to visit.
Thank you for sharing with us your BEST videos !!!
Wow!
I didn’t catch the name of this trail.
Was it ‘Route 666’?
Certainly a beast of a ride😄😄😄
Houpi.. salut Brian, je ne comprend pas les commentaires, mais les images parlent d'elles méme..quel fabuleux ride au Pérou..
I'm a middle school history teacher teaching about the Inca right now, I showed them this video today!
Good teacher, lucky students!
you and your students should come and enjoy the culture, history, the inca trails and more.
Brian that new whip (color scheme) is so sick! You got some steep sphincter clincher DH complete with rear tire. Cool trip, you got lucky at Machu Picchu.
Man, the views on this trip ...and this is just screen view! Thanks Brian for taking us viewers along..
Thanx Brian, you made me feel guilty when you mentioned that if it wasn’t for your uncle getting you into mountain biking you’d be sitting on the couch doing nothing. Of course when you said that I was sitting on the couch doing nothing but watching your video. LOL. But then I went out and did some trail clearing in my local riding area, as there have been some wind storms, and heavy snow in the last couple of weeks.
15:03 ...my favorite trail commentary 😂🤣
Right! Super funny comment
I'm sure Dennis is watching,smiling ! !
Man! that ride downstairs and rocky cliff corners kept me on the edge of my seat!
it'd be awesome to have a series just riding around the local villages. it's crazy cool getting a peek into the every day life and culture down there. way different than kansas that's for sure!
Can we not take for granted how tough and in shape these dudes must be to descend such rocky terrain as this and others. My ass was begging me to stop clinching it every time I thought you'd land ass-over-tea-kettle and tits-up. Thank God for the reality of my surroundings to keep me grounded in reality. Damn ole sympathetic nervous system gettin me all rectal tense like that! 🤣
Wow - so much good stuff packed in this one!
Man those trails are beautiful. I would love to have those for hiking everyday to and from work. We get wrapped up in having the best vehicles but man our feet are the best vehicle to begin with. I bet those people are in great shape too.
Lots of love From BHARAT 🇮🇳
Riding trails next to backcountry rivers is one of those rare, exceptional experiences while riding mtb. Great adventure. Peruvian skinnies w a constant water hazard.
Nice video dude. keep it up! what is the setting your using in youre camera?
Hey man, you really enjoy your rides ... i like your joy when you are riding the bike
Hi Brian, I've been following your videos for three or four years. I traveled with you to many places, but this trip to Peru was the most sensational of all. Greetings from Brazil. PS. Come here hehehehe
My favorite MTB channel, so rad the places you’re bike takes you. I used to race motocross but I’ve been riding MTB for a couple years and it’s the only thing that comes close to the same feeling as motocross.
Come visit the Chapada Diamantina, in Brazil! You won't regret it!
Ha, ha, ha, man, that sheep on 10:22 was so crazy 😅😅😅
Nice trails, Brian, keep up the good work🚴♂️👌
Greetings from Romania 🇷🇴
swear🤣🤣🤣
@@chopz4l126😅
i've been riding more black diamonds the last year or so but probably not ready for double blacks yet. These trails look amazing, hopefully some day!
Just send it bro!
Ya there not that much harder
@@dommytingler492 nice, i may try my first double black diamond this weekend
Lamai epic, did you rode that steep stairs drop with big clif in the side?
I vividly remember that same trail and that same moment from my Peru trip. Extreme exposure, for sure!
That’s awesome!! It was a blast.
Time for a return to Peru Ryan? Lots more trails there for you to discover!
Anyone know what camera and audio setup Brian is using these days? Loving the quality of the vids!
Hell yeah man great video… awesome way to start my Saturday morning as I get ready to hit Galbraith! I actually was considering coming down to Tokul today, but may have to wait until next weekend. Thanks for the content!
What a nice place to ride!! would love to see you in italy tuscany trails!
What kind of innovations have come out in the mtb industry lately? I feel like about 3-4 years ago the geometry and build quality peaked.
I can see myself rewatching this series...for many years. Amazing videos
Mountain Biking heaven right there bud!It just keeps on giving,SPECTACULAR 👍
What a fantastic experience. Thank you for the videos.
I'm going to Peru this summer to hike the Inca trail for six days. I'm even more stoked after seeing this video.
you are very welcome my friend, we are going to be waiting for you.
beautiful landscape. TRhis is an absolute dream ride. Happy you get to do this.
Awesome videos Brian! Peru is amazing! You talk about the risk of running into animals. How about the risk of running into locals as you bomb through those villages?
It may seem like we’re riding really fast but we’re always in full control. We’ve come across many local villagers and never even had a close call. I always slow right down and say hola. It’s just the damn chickens that like to run right in from of you at the last second 😂
Yo, another epic ride dropped in!
Edit: Yesterday, I've been going thru any of your videos I missed and I watched your video tribute to Uncle Dennis. Yeah, huuuuge thanks to him. 😊
Brian, this whole trip is just fantastic. Thanks for sharing and inspiring me (and my 12 yo son) to go find something new to ride... while it may not be in Peru (or Japan, or Mexico, or Durango... etc), we are finding tons are great rides in and around our little town of Boone NC. Maybe we'll see you on the trail some day.
EXCELLENT...love all the mountainous terrain. Nice shreddin' btw...
WOW! Just another amazing video and an amazing adventure!
What an amazing adventure you were having in Peru ❤️❤️❤️🚵🏻
Thanks for this wonderful trip. This is truly one of the best trails I have ever seen.
Sensational Scenery! Downhill Heaven! Thank you Brian Epic Video Dude!!👌
WOOOOWWWW What a beautifull trails!!! It was a memorable trip!!! Nice video!
I hope your tap water is as good and safe as you think it is. The quality of water in the USA tend to vary with time and location. Thank you for sharing the views of the trip.
Holy shit, that looks amazing...need to put this place on the list!
for sure bro, that bikw will shred every trail and more
Super dupper mind blowing video bro 👍😘
Amazing trails. Look so relaxing just blasting forever on your extremely quite bike.
What a great trip!
So sick man. Glad I found your channel. As a new mtb rider that was a great watch
Nice vid, Brian 👍
I think your rattling noise is that axs derailleur smacking the b screw, on normal derailleurs the stiff cable housing prevents most of that rattle. there is a hack removing the derailleur bolt and adding a shim between the bolt and body to lock the derailleur in position once the b screw limit is set. Other thing to do is to put some rubbber in that contact point to dampen the sound. Keep it up!
Awesome. So, how many sets of brake pads were consumed during this epic trip?
sitting on couch somewhere.....watching someone else mountai....oh wait...damn it!!!
Wow, such beautiful country with some insane riding by you guys!!
Maybe putting the name of the zone that you are riding ? Would be super helpful for people to know
These are awesome. I am sold. Recovering from a broken ankle and this is my motivation to get back after it - the end of the year 2023! Question, what bikes are people riding? Wondering if my Ripley LS would not be enough or if it would be ok. From SoCal and Pheonix, so loose rock and tight descents are no problem, but I see your Ripmo and a Jeffsy??? Love your feedback!
Any mid-long travel trail/enduro bike will do just fine. What you really need is good powerful 4-piston brakes and aggressive tires.
@@WanderingWheelsRevelstoke awesome. So the ripely would be ok then it sounds like? 2 piston xtr’s not enough though? I mean it’s 8 months away so that’s likely a new bike anyway! Lol. Really enjoying the trip, it turned me from a casual watcher to a subscriber of your channel! Great content. Now I need to get some buds together for the winter trip!
@@bradotoupalik7622 i ride my bike with 2 piston brakes but 4 piston brakes are way better for sure
Another awesome ride, that much descent must be brutal. Hove you ever interviewed you uncle Denis? Does he still ride?
Man… what you are doing is like a dream. Thx for sharing it!
Love it!
Wow the same water system like in Madeira trails
Brian those trails are just awesome!! Your channel is my fav so far. If you come to Spain once again, it'd be an honor to ride with you. Keep doing that great!!!
Where are you in Spain?
@@onmissionmtb9722 Hi! I mainly ride in the center part of the country. Toledo where I’m living now, and the mountains of Madrid.
Hell of a trip so far! Peru videos have been awesome!
Love it. Only watched 60 seconds so far..... 😅
Wow, looks like such an awesome trip!!
Awesome content 🤘🔥
The cuscokintibiking link does not work. How can we get in touch with kinti? Nice ride!!!
Man I was looking for the full tour, this is awesome, I would say fair price for what you get.
It’s the best value for what you get (biggest itinerary) on the market!
Dang, dude. Super epic adventure!! It’s on my list for sure. See you back in North Ga on The Bear-Hoti!!
yes bro, this is an epic adventure
Stairs, stairs, stairs! Im love it! :)
Such a killer trip! I genuinely love watching you take lines I would need to be air-lifted off of xD
Because of you I purchased an Ibis. Thanks!
Riding with the lamas in PERU in effing legendary! First time seeing this page and its already a new favorite! Good sh1t man stay on this legendary course of life!
Absolutely incredible!
Sooooooo cool!!! D'you think a Santacruz 5010 (2022) could ride the trails you rode there, or would I be underbiked..? @BKXC
for sure bro, that bike will shred every trail and more
Top 10 trails I've seen him ride. I wanna go!
the trails here are world class, you are very welcome whenever you want to come and ride here amigo
Insane landscapes, PERU im waiting for you
Hello amigo, Peru is waiting for you too
Looks great!!
"1st time feeling my tire tickling my taint" 🤣🤣🤙
Super video! Excellent scenery and adventure! Great commentary
Amazing! My ears are popping just from watching the descent!
Looks like fun! What an adventure!
I've come to the conclusion that Peru needs more dogs.
This looks so awesome
