I had 2 baby showers and a birthday last month and I could NOT figure out how to use the balloon tape. We ended up hanging the balloons more randomly just to get through the party and kept telling myself I would learn. Now the onslaught has slowed, I finally decided I need to know for the next round of events, and this is a REALLY great beginner tutorial/primer. Thanks for making it so easy to follow and concise!
biggest waste of money ever. I tried to do one of these for my 40th and it was a disaster. the balloons actually catch on the tape when putting the knot through the holes and slowly deflate. no instructions how to do it. nothing. never again will I buy one.
