2/27/23; ..talent...I think your little daughter's narration & closing comments reflect More talent than you have engineering this difficult back yard tree removal! LoL! Another great video presentation Reon. Intro comments, then switch to fixed camer position across street showing (compressed time lapse) of the main feature: watching all 11, Crane-carry-outs as large pieces of cut/segmented tree 'fly' over the roof of owner (& neighbors?) House! That was very eye catching!...but it was soo early in the video that I knew their was more (details) to come...& then your camera brings us in to the back yard where assistant stands in front of tree trunk for comparison, arms spread wide, for size/weight (& cut planning) activity, which flows nicely into views of that 'monster' crane (& operator)! Another fine example of well assembled video & editing. A+✅️ Enjoyed your including your (8yr old?) daughter in presentation! She is very well spoken, much poise. Reminds me of my daughter...70 yrs ago! Now I watch & admire my grand kids! Your video is much enjoyed by this Pawpaw!🤷🍺👏
You guys are obviously the safest tree crew in the entire free world. I really enjoyed watching with the highlight being your daughter coming along and participating. She is a dear little girl and she is also paying attention. This, to go with some of the recent stuff you have showen Rocky doing....it's really great Reon. From the standpoint of nurturing you are doing great. You must have a really good time togethere with your kids. I can just imagine all the excitement and interest as they get together with you to do the edits on these videos. The daughter will most likely be doing your editing for you in the not too distant future. Good for you man, you and your kids are lucky to be around each other.
REON ROUNDS IS LEGENDARY. THANK YOU FOR THE CONTENT MAN IM VERY APPRECIATIVE OF MEN LIKE YOU THAT ARE ABSOLUTELY LAYERED IN THICK COATS OF PRECISION AND TALENT AND BADASSERY....WILLING TO TEACH
Hello from the UK, another awesome vid, you'll be able to look back at these when you're my age, all I have are memories 🤣 Get yourself a metal detector, it's surprising how useful one is before cutting in with a big bar, it can save time and chains!
Reon, you rock man. I was just stopping by to see which mini loader you use because I look up to you. I want to find a forum where people discuss which mini loader is best. We use bob cat tool cats but we are looking to add something smaller and lighter to the fleet for some more precision and to have something a little cheaper and more simple that ANY of our employees can hop onto and run. Looks like you like Avant and that seems pretty legit. I like your videos and kinda wish you made them as often as August does, but I respect you more because it seems that you have discovered that its not worth your time to live on RUclips, like you have better things to do than just show off. You're like an older brother I can look up to. You live one state away from me, you slay the trees, fly Paramotor, and seem like an all around humble guy. I imagine that you are a brother in Christ as well, I hope so.
Really good, am enjoying your videos! Wish I'd had y'all to go out for when I was operating. That 60 ton Nat'l is beautiful. Last one I operated was a lease purchase 32 ton Nat'l on a Sterling chassis. The startup co went under the 32 went back to the dealer with the 08 "market adjustment," I think that's what they called it. I retired. Like that you're really close/excellent on your weight calls. That sure helps the operator pucker factor. Thanks for sharing. 👍🏁🇺🇸
Great job on the outro Ruby!!!! You have a really really awesome dad 😎 I’m sure you already knew that lol much love Reon and crew from central Massachusetts 🤘🏻😎🇺🇸🌲🌳
For the last 3 years, I've been running my 30 ton National with a hi def camera mounted on a pivoting arm, that looks directly down the loadline. A 12" full color hi def monitor is in my cab. It is a game changer for my work, mostly setting trusses and HVAC.
@@pnwoffroader331 I put the system together myself, the camera, actually made for indoor use but it has all the features I wanted and has held up great (though I don't leave it on if driving in the rain) was only $200.00 or so, the monitor only $150.00. The big expense was the wireless transmitter, made for high dollar pro drone use, around $2000.00. But it's also worked great, has perfect clarity, and something called "zero latency" which means what you see is what is happening, kind of important. Altogether, I have about $2500.00 in it.
great video as usual, always nice to see guys working smarter than harder. do you ever have issues with requiring township permitting for road closure? Early in my treework career I did one crane job where the only place the crane could go was in an active lane on a 4 lane road. requiring permitting and paid duty police for the road closure. I was glad to be on the chipper that day, too much stress on that job because of when the window for the road closure was.
Good job, good crew, good video and good to see that safety always is number one I think I know who's able to make you do whatever she says you have to
I really enjoy watching the big tree removals involving a crane! So awesome!! I’m just a union laborer here in Massachusetts and have much respect for what you guys do! ❤️❤️🤘🏻🇺🇸😎 🌲 🌳 🍃 🍁
Amazing, but what is even more amazing is the lack of reaction by the piece to the crane pull when going into the air. That seems like the most dangerous time cause if it isn't tied in the right places, the reaction can hurt you bad! Nice job!
Hi Reon an Calvin, Really nice rigging the picks were super smooth !! Awesome video AGAIN !!! Great to see you guy's.... I have GOT to get back up there an visit !!! Ruby REALLY topped the video off 😉 Adorable !!! Great personality !!!
Wow that’s a first, never heard of a minimum rate starting close to 10k. I do more pruning work than removals, but I would say the average cost for a large tree removal probably falls somewhere in between $1,200 - $3,500 give or take depending on the situation, how technical the job is, etc. $200-$300 per hour port to port for subcontracting a crane sounds about right.
@@robertmiller9096 I’m the same way, always trying to find a better way. I have been toying with the idea of buying his slings for two years now just haven’t done it yet. I love the idea of the hooks instead of a shackle. So much faster and it fits nicely with our current knotless rigging that we use daily.
So that tree looks like it was totally doable just climbing it old school? But it seems like you just don't even play with that anymore 😂 Anyway another great video brother 👍

Where do you get your cameras? Are they decently priced?

Biggest game of price is right. Love this style of video.
That is a very nice crane! What’s the rental for that unit?
What’s the metal in use at 12:55? Thought I heard imp, but would be interested if you covered that redirect in another video
You must have been sitting on this footage for a good 6 months because those lawns look way to nice.
Thank you for all the great content.
Hey Reon I know it’s crazy busy right now but I was wondering if you charge less if you get to keep the wood ?
Let's see an overview video with the 860I avant. I'd love to hear Felipe chime in about what he likes/dislikes about it.

Another safe and awesome video, Reon! Ruby is precious! 💖
Very cool job.
Great team work. Stay safe.
Looks like a glorious May day when it is good to be alive.
And I’m gonna tell you you’re a good daddy involving your little kids that’s so awesome.
I love how you call out the weight. Great job the ending is the best yet.
Do you have to get power company approval to work near wires?
ever since i first saw you do that tilt back cut ive been using it to cut big stumps and it works so good as long as your cutting straight
she is really good at this.
you get paid well which enables a reduction in risk !! Greed can be a down fall !!
`That girl is going to be a star! Not camera shy just like dad.

why not more videos??? Reon Rounds
So if all those Cut Weigh that much n when you Chip it Does it weigh the Same in the Truck n have you ever checked 😆
Good question!😁
@@reonrounds7404 you should make a video of it huh
What's a ballpark price for that kind of job. Here in Oklahoma, crane work starts at $9500.00,before the 1st cut.
Holy cow! Is there only one crane in Oklahoma? That's wild money. In Iowa, a crane this size is around $300/hr.
I have checked into it and that is the hourly rate here in Oklahoma.

Hey Reon please show your crew disposing of the big limbs that you cut. They do a great job and fast too.
Yep, give a ground guy a camera
2nd. I would love to see your ground crew processing everything. You have an awesome setup!
Pick weights were wild.
Olá....tudo bem com você?
Porque parou de postar vídeos ?
What kind of slings are you using and why?
Hey designed and had the slings custom made. You can buy them on his website. Reon rounds designs I think it’s called

My guess is one for the ground guys and one for the crane operator.

You have a very intelligent daughter!
I think that's one of the best tree cranes on the market.
Spring board cleat?
Loved the ending 😂
California is banning all gas power equipment. Wonder how fast you can cut that down with a battery saw? Hope it never comes here in upper Midwest.
What’s the reasoning behind the “V” cut 👍👏👏👏🧑🏻🦳
AH-mazing!
Nice equipment
Would love to see the chipper working
Great job!!!
Thanks Jeff! Someday you’ll have to come visit!
Awesome
Nice work
Good job little girl
A lot of convection the day your filmed......do you like that or do you prefer dead calm air when you fly?!
Good job guys
You should give Felipe his own camera for the ground
Dang daughter even knows to use herself for size comparison to stumps.
Reon, why not just get those service lines dropped? In my area, the power company will do it for free. Just takes a phone call.
Bro we dont have flat ground. Sometimes get a grane but hard.wish it was so.
You clearly know the rule...if there's any metal in the tree you'll find it.
What do you charge on a tree like that? After renting a crane and all those people working
Great
👍💪🏅
GARBAGE DAY! Good work guys
Always to far. But thanx
