- Gingival Sulcus or the Crevice is a natural space between the tooth structure and the surrounding Margival gingiva and the Sulcus is lined by the Sulcular Epithelium. This Sulcus acts as a dynamic space which in health serves as a barrier to the entry of pathogenic organisms, but in disease state converts into a pathological Pocket.

Ma'am are there any differences between non keratinized and non karatinizing?
There is no much difference but just keep in mind that sulcular epithelium has the potential to get keratinized under certain specific conditions where as junctional epithelium does not
