I wished I had internet to download this paper 45 years ago ! Fluid Dynamics is difficult but mathematically not boring ! Wish all contemporary Chinese mechanical engineering undergraduates understand the content of this paper. Tsien owes no apology to anyone who use his theory, whether it is right or incorrect.
