    forgive me, but the question associated with this nugget just isn't clicking for me:

    the only TWO terms I even heard were Jig and Script lol

      Hi Pat - the lesson was on reducing human error and improving efficiency through automation. In the list of answers, most of them provide a way of "automating" and thereby "reducing errors, improving efficiency". A recipe, assembly line, script, or a jig can all help with those goals.
