I cannt connected via bluetooth, on the app always searching n failed. When I try to search into my bluetooth the camea show up but still in the app no result. I use latest fiimware
Turn on location/GPS on your phone, then you can connect

The background music is annyoning and makes it hard for me to hear Hannah. I'm trying to find if I can control shooting video with via iPhone control. My phone is on the handlebars and always available to push buttons. And hopefully, there's an indicator on the phone that will let me know that taking video is in progress. The light on the front of the camera can't be seen by the user.

it wont connect without a charger case dont get into trap I returned mine and they tested it did connect only with a charger case
Thanks Hannah, this video has managed to kinda answer a few questions that insta360's customer service team cant seem to manage!
But! Why is the timelapse only available as a bluetooth control function? And do you have to keep the phone in bluetooth range for the whole of the timelapse? It seems you do!
This is a bit inconvenient if you want to leave the camera somewhere to make a timelapse!
Would be awesome if the timelapse could be added to the quick button presses with an update....... 👍🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞👍
totally not user friendly :/ bluetooth is not working in my xiom i android phone ? i flight with my fpv but i couldnt take videos inside the insta go :(((((((((( have i need to buy iphone for using insta go NEVER EVER FOR apple... :/
Make sure your phone can run the Insta360 app before you buy the camera! I bought one and The app will not run, so I can only take 15 second videos and there is no way to change it. I can run the gopro app and the caddx app but not this one.....

I had to turn on location to get mine working for some weird reason.
@@justinnote3264 I think I leave my location on most times. I'm out of the country and it seems to work sometimes now. But I can't update it because you need to be connected to wifi to update. But the wifi doesn't work while connected to the device. That makes no sense to me. I updated it once before but can't remember how.
So... Be careful where you buy these cameras, if you buy from an unauthorised vendor (how we the customers are meant to know this I don't know) you will not be able to activate your camera and insta 360 will put that on you, no support. Your camera is an expensive paper weight if the vendor you bought from is unwilling to refund.

No. That wasn’t helpful. I appreciate the lipstick but perhaps showing the screen would help a bit more. I’ve owned this camera for months and still can’t connect to the app. Connection times out. It shows my go2 under manual connection. Doesn’t connect. Tried all kinds of stuff. Nothing works. Annoying. Would not recommend this product at all.
Trash product worked once and then bluetooth wont connect anymore no matter what I do

Connection tutorial is very poor.
You need to inform users to have GPS location to be on. If not camera won't connect via Bluetooth.
Officially it's not mentioned even in the help page either.
THANK YOU. I had to go outside to have a GPS reading on the remote. This takes a minute or two. Then I connected my phone to the camera. Only then I was able to pair the remote to the camera. Come on Insta360 your instructions are lacking.
You just talk crap, it's impossible to connect it.
