I thought she aged quite well, with no apparent plastic surgery. She looked lovely in The Big Valley.

During the peak of her success, there was NO ONE but Marilyn. She was such an icon of Hollywood glamour, that I don't think there's a woman on earth who didn't want to be her... even today. RIP.

Taylor was my favorite brunette and MM my favorite blonde. That said, LIz Taylor will certainly go down as the most beautiful screen beauty of all time. But when I was young, for sheer sexual magnetism and crowd appeal, Monroe had no equal. Even today they still make movies about her, and every woman wants to have her same allure. If you notice, there are hundreds of Marilyn Monroe impersonators, but I can't think of a single Taylor wannabee. Marilyn was an icon like no other. Think about it. Even the Kennedys were drawn to her, and I believe ultimately responsible for her death.

Thanks for your production. I googled a list and they threw in modern starlets like Scarlett Johansson and Angelina Jolie. While they're beautiful they're plow horses compared to the wonderful women you have presented. My only gripe is you ignored Gina Lollobrigida and Claudia Cardinale! Finally, a list that recognizes just how BEAUTIFUL Ginger Rogers was... she was early, so some of the cinemtography and photography was lousy, but even with that there are STUNNING pictures of her. On the screen, when she danced, when she smiled, so many flashes of great beauty... thanks. In so many lists Ginger is $20, if she makes the list at all.
