Making hanging pot holders is a fun DIY project and a lovely way to decorate your home. We used trays to transform these hanging holders into hanging shelves for small objects. Watch the video to see what materials you need and what to do.
We used:
- Wooden trays (item no. 101948)
- Yarn "RibbonXL" (item no. 323912 )
- Cork ball (item no. 101504)
- Key ring (item no. 900688)
- Scissors (item no. 511004)
- Mesuring tape (item no. 981973)
- Crochet hook (item no. 981752)

For everyone that thinks its going to fast, go to settings in the video and turn down the speed off the video. Hope it will help you, it did for me.

Awesome. While I can follow the knots , I’m not sure at what length I need to start knotting, how much lower I need to go for the next set of knots etc. is there a written description that I can follow. Look Frwd to your reply.

About how much weight do you think these could hold? I have a pothos I plan on putting in a very heavy ceramic pot with its own matching ceramic tray and I'd like to be able to hang them together. Should I look for heavy twine or something?

I like these planthangers very much. I made the green one and it is lovely! Can you tell me where I can find the description of the pink one with the hexagonal wooden plate? Thank you!
The pink hanger is a variation of the green one you already made, and more simple: Use half the number of strings/yarn, so you have three bundles instead of six. Underneath, you only make one knot out of all the strings, and then place the wooden plate. Good luck!

I'am a bit confused here, in the description it said 12 x 4 m ..... thats 400 cm.
Ah, yes, sorry my bad! It's 12 x 4 m. Then you fold them, so it is 24 x 2 metres when you make the hanger. / Kindly, Wanda

We use the metric system: 12 x 4 meters.

This could've been a great video if you had zoomed in at the beginning of each new step, when the knots were done slowly, & then back out when speeding up. So hard to see exactly what goes where when the knots are new. 😔
