    Great tips; I incorporated your "stretching for better guard retention" from an older video into a routine I got from some other Aussies at Unity Gym. Been seeing very pleasing results. Ever heard of those guys? Either way, thanks for making quarantine more bearable!

    How do you guys feel about warming up before stretching? Requirement or no?

      yes...if not start gently

      Yes you should. If you can't just dont go very deep at all. even when warm you should stay at about a 7 or 8/10 in stretching intensity, so if you are cold maybe a 5/10. Yoga is your friend and should be done in this way. There is actually a lady called Eileen Hall that is a yoga master in Australia..I think she does free classes on Thursday. she is 65 and living proof I guess

    I may have missed it but do you recommend warming up before stretching? And if so, do you have a routine at home? Thanks for the info too! The explanations are useful.
