Not Skyro, but it is by hexadecimal editing. However this is not complicated as you can use a tool called VGMTrans which accurately explains each byte. With it you can edit the SPC files directly. Just be careful as they have a little 100h offset in some cases. Once this works you can test your track on a SPC player such as Audacious, Deliplayer or KBmedia.
