Just looked up the patent for the Cafetiere and it is designed to be used by pushing the plunger down so the grounds are underneath and the extracted coffee is above the plunger
Did you know that bubble wrap was originally intended to be used as wallpaper, before it was realized it could better serve as packing material? Just because something is designed to be used one way doesn’t mean that’s the best way to use it⚡️
