Its kind of a bummer boosted went under. About 2 months ago i took a nasty spill on my boosted was going full speed (20mph) and they had recently done construction on a road I had no clue and hit a huge cutout in the road threw me off my board thank god i just got really bad roadrash on my hands stomach and elbow. Thankfully no broken bones but when i fell i dropped my remote and it broke and now i cant ride it anymore and a new remote is like $200 on eBay. With all that happening and after that horrible slam I upgraded to the Onehweel GT and could not be more happy i don't have to worry about cracks, rocks, sand and feel a lot more comfortable going fast on my Onewheel. I would love to get a remote for my boosted board but it just sucks you can only by them used afraid I'll buy one and it wont work with my board i have a regular boosted V2 wish there was an aftermarket remote that worked with the boosted board but great video love the fact that you get to shred everyday on your way to and from work that's awesome!

Nice! I'm building a rig for my r6 mkii my question is how do you build a good rig for vertical shooting? I have the "base" on the left side of the camera but or course that's where the mic port is and putting a base plate there leaves no room to attach a mic... Any suggestions??

I have two! One for POV, the other for cover shot or reaction. They are so easy to use in real time, and also crazy easy to edit, reframe (I always shoot in “free frame”) and upload from the phone.

It was hard to talk about/see much of your equipment during the chaos that occurred before and after our shows lol, so it’s cool as hell to see this in depth look at everything!!

Short answer: boosted boards don't have part support anymore and are discontinued. There's literally a shit ton of other brands like wowgo and backfire and exway offering quality belt drive boards for around 500 bucks and up. NOBODY rides with stock wheels anymore. Railroad tracks are nothing for madwheelz or other aftermarket wheels. It blows my mind you managed to produce a video this outdated in 2024. With the one wheel you get no customization you can change out the trucks, pivot cups, bushings, washers, wheels, so many options. One wheels are a yuppie machine. Not sure if I agree about the intimidation factor.

How are we still considering Boosted in 2024? A 7 mile range / 20mph board? For $100 more you can get a NEW board that has 30miles range / 35 mph that can do Gravel/train tracks / loose dirt etc. Is it the Neist-talaga? I have a lower end Meepo voyager with 90mm wheels as an average 220 rider with a normal commute. ALSO is this a paid avert?

Is the wonderboom a lot lighter than the regular boom? I just got a boom 3, but it’s a little heavy. If the wonderboom is a lot lighter, I’d feel better getting that for travel.

Boosted board? Do you mean an esk8? Boosted is gone. Even though you got it used for cheaper, they can't be serviced professionally. Replacement battery will be an issue. The real world comparison will be of a AT esk8 but I can appreciate you sharing your personal PEV experience. It sounds like you're discussing city riding. I feel that the Onewheel b/c it is more maneuverable, it is actually easier to ride than an esk8 that's limited due to it being a longboard.

I just ordered a red one, can't wait and i got a discount for being a veteran. Another user of this bike would be seniors like me who don't want to lift a 70 lb ebike to put it on my car bike rack.

video was great but providing some specs and stats about what speed you where going, what battery level was like during the trip, what level it was at when you got to the coffee spot, and what level you where at when you got home would of been great to see.
