Great video Ryan. Well done on the super close-ups. Very enjoyable. I'm so glad Weta, with some prodding from the Flame of Udun forum members, put this fantastic environment back into production. I'm happy to say I'm a proud owner of one of the first batch launched. Thanks for sharing. 👍
Yeah I remember this one being pushed hard for a long while and I'm super happy everyone did, this is a must have in my opinion. Thanks for watching Bill!
I love this one, it sits among my other environments proudly as one of the most detailed ever :) I always get a kick how far Denathor ran from the very back temple..to the "Runway", then... all the way down the runway to jump off in a ball of flame lol.... never gets old. If you ever design a miniature 3d printable...tree/"wishing well", and catapults (which i can't understand for the life of me why on earth they left out). That would be an amazing improvement. Now... onto getting just the right lighting in your new display stands to do it justice... I like mine as a morning ~orange glow..man it's realistic!. Congrats.
Yeah I'm very happy with it, extremely detailed just as I hoped. I actually keep my new display with a warm white light, that's the main reason I wanted the new Govee strips cause they have that dedicated led. Thanks for watching and the comment!
This is incredible! I can’t get over all the tiny details. You do such a good job filming the review and pointing out all the details. Definitely love the edit of Denethor 😂 your channel has quickly become a favorite of mine.
What a masterpiece. Thanks for showing us all the details. Up until now, after seeing a couple reviews on RUclips I wasn’t sure it was that great. But I’m actually impressed. I just don’t like the front that much. The beginning of the Pelennor Fields is somehow useless to me considering how much more space it takes. But the city in itself, wow.
So amazing piece! Thanks for sharing! I truly enjoy your reviews. Not only you explain so well also I feel so relaxing with the narrative and the music. And also I am a fan of LOTR since I was a child in the 80´s so I really enjoy your videos. Thanks!
I just subscribed today, and I have to applaud you for your excellent presentation and information. From the outstanding show of the product itself, to talking about what it must have been like to live in Minis Tirith, to the excellent video quality, I am blown away. Curious how maintaining and cleaning any dust off this would be like. I have 2 large breed dogs that shed so much and it gets everywhere lol.
Hey thanks so much for the kind words! I also have 2 dogs that shed quite a lot, so I do a deep clean on everything about 4-5 times a year. Between that I use air dusters and have little makeup brushes that I brush statues like these.
Certainly a very beautiful and extremely detailed piece, however I am a bit astonished that they didn't make it a bit bigger, I believe it's just something like 30 cm tall. And yes, it does look a bit too greyish. My favourite LotR environment is Rivendell and I hope they'll re-issue that one, I would buy it for sure.
I hear ya though I'm happy with the size and it fits nicely in my new display case :D. Yeah I've learned to like the color though, my warm white lighting doesn't really help and it looks a bit brighter with a daylight white. I've LONG wanted Rivendell it's my most wanted piece from the past. Thanks for watching Eric, I appreciate the comment!
Beautiful piece! I received mine this week too. Crazy amount of sculpting went into this I think the color is accurate as it doesn’t look too white in films The little stump could be the fountain although it should be much smaller than this if it were
Yeah I think it was just in my head that it was really white. I originally thought the stump was the fountain too but since it's slightly to the right I came to the conclusion it was indeed the tree... it's kinda of weird though almost wish they just didn't include it. Thanks for commenting Gill!
Superb vid as always matey 👍🏻 I passed on this as I’m really only after the dark environments & have Minas Morgul - which is just awesome!.. But nice to see this ones detials etc 👍🏻 **NB: stay away from the English accents dude, you erm…. Don’t sound good!!!** 😆😂😜👍🏻
yeah Minas Morgul is one I would also love to have. haha what are you talking about? I'm a master of the idiot american version of an english accent!!!
Really beautiful piece. I would like to visit Minas Tirith in a virtual reality. There was also designing contest made by LEGO and people made amazing LOTR models, especially Barad Dur was really impresive and Minas Tirith was there too, or Hobbiton.
Hello . Excuse me . May I ask the true dementions of this Minas Tirith Environment (Containing the base ) ? The WETA offical webside shows the Dimensions is (W x H x L) 46 cm x 21 cm x 31 cm . But is it containing the base ? The base looks like more much longer than 46 cm . Thank you .
the details are amazing ! I got a smaller version of Minas Tirith (that came with the extended Blurays (or DVD) of ROTK). But obviously it is not as detailed as this one ! Do you know if this statue is painted by hand or by a machine ? With the different shades of grey, if it is done by a human, it must be extremely time consuming !

I feel the urge to include a miniature of Gandalf and Pippin on Shadowfax galloping through the city 😂😍
😂
Another perfect presentation. Thank you for sharing. I always look forward to your presentations.
Thanks.
Thank you very much I appreciate that!
Fantastic review as always! Congratulations on getting this superb looking environment. It is now on my to buy list.

I appreciate that Saul, comments like this make it all worth it. Thank you for watching!
thank you, you convinced me to get this and start a collection
Beautifully crafted environment. 👍🏻 But you are right it could have been colored more brighter! Thx for showing in detail!
yeah I had in my head a bright white city, but it's a light grey city, still great though.
Maybe you can get the effect with led lightning🤔 or it could be the missing tree!
@@kaicollectibles it looks like nice with the bright white LEDs from my new display cabinet.
So I watched it again on the big screen and really nice animation with the inflamed Denethor 😂😂👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
I love your reviews keep them coming! one day I hope to build this out of lego and this video and model will be a big reference point for me
thank you, that sounds pretty cool, If you ever do I'd love to see it. Thanks for commenting Will
Great review and editing in this one! Great to see more of your personality!
Thank you Alex!

Awesome video bud, greatly done. Phenomenal environment. I can’t wait to open mine. Cheers
Thank you sir, it's wonderful!
OMG I just spotted flaming torch Denethor at 6:50... nice one ;)

It's amazing statue! The only disapoint is that there is no catapult
Yeah that would have been nice
Another excellent unboxing/review video. And that mini flaming Denethor. 😄
Thank you Jodi! I had a chuckle doing that part, was hard to resist 😆
Wow This Is Masterpiece Love It Keep Up The Amazing Uploads 👍
Thanks as always Conrad!
Looks great! I passed on it since I pre-ordered helms deep. May have to reconsider this one down the road.
Helms deep looks like it'll be just as good, definitely looking forward.
Another great review Ryan!!!
Thank you!
Nice review! Really enjoy your videos, this is an amazing piece. Cant for mine to arrive
Thanks for watching Daniel!
Another great video, congrats on getting it.
Thank you sir!
great review and amazing details!!!
Thanks Danii!
I think that 600.00 is a steal compared to the price of other statues and collectibles in its category.
Great piece!
Fully agree, lots of Weta things are unfortunately pricey but this one fits. Thanks for watching Edd!
You got yours so early! Lucky you! Haha. Looks beautiful

Great video and nice piece, but why no white tree of Gondor? Big miss....
agreed, I know it'd be tiny but the little stump looking thing is weird, would have looked better without that at all.
It really makes you want to shrink down and walk those streets
Fully agree, if ever I become a multi-Trillionare I'm gonna make one. 😆😆

So actually it's slightly smaller than those dimensions they listed. It's hard to measure the height exactly but the width is 44.5cm and L is 29.5cm.
