You are hilarious :) Seems you have not used that pump never before :) I personally prefer the "stops" from a french brand, that do that particular "click" sound when certain level of vacuum was reached. By the way, as this video is from 2018, would you still recommend the vacuum pump for preserving opened wine? What about the coravin system?

Yes it works, I had a shiraz without one and it tasted stale. Had a Cabernet Sauvignon with it, tasted good after a week

Thanks. I still use the pump.todsynas I do think it makes a difference. Coravin is way out of my budget
so i can leave the bottle on the table after vacuuming it ? or still is better in the fridge.
