Harley Davidson Unveils 3 Electric Bicycle Prototypes - What We Know

I was looking at different brand bicycle geared rear hubs and the hub Harley Davidson is using looks a lot like a NuVinci brand hub. They make a step-less continuously variable hub, and that cable looking thing running to the hub could be electric wires used to automatically shift the hub. NuVinci makes both automatic and manual operated geared rear hubs. The NuVinci Harmony and H Sync hubs are only available to bicycle builders and are not available aftermarket.
Just saw video footage of the bicycles at the 2020 Harley Davidson dealership convention, and all bikes have two brake levers attached to the handlebars. One lever for each brake, so no linked braking.

They sold bicycles before, so it isn't that much of a surprise if you know their early history.

What a novel idea, what was once basically a bicycle company turned motorcycle manufacturer reverting back to bicycles to improve their bottom line. Reminds me of the AMF years when they sold HD golf carts!

They make crap motorcycles, bikes will be as bad or worse.
