These are great big man, ignore all the comments about keeping your personal stuff out of the videos, it’s real life so theres no harm in it at all and shows what’s happening to you and what you’re going through, stay strong and hope you get through this!
I did wonder how long it would take you to have a net etc, as I’ve previously said, the pitch stuff is really fascinating and I’m enjoying you putting your mark on things like getting the covers sorted.

I believe the national team actually use multiple grounds in the Netherlands and float a bit. But it’s not a big sport here so money isn’t there yet. It’s growing though
Grow a pair!! and push through get the experience , if u can do this u can do any pitch any where, if you need stuff and equipmemt tell the club or who ever you need to get the finances to fix IT!!!... take charge, thats what your there for...OWN IT!! and at the end of it these people will look back and go hey this bloke can fucking make a pitch rain ,hail or shine...and could open the doors to a more successful possibly international team, this is an opportunity for you lad...

Completely agree with this sentiment. Obviously a personal decision to made but you are there for a reason and if you can push through and complete the challenge this will only lead to better things (future opportunities at an international level). At the same time you will be able to demonstrate to future employers an experience which was difficult in which you were able to adapt and get the job done at a professional and elite industry level. Proactivity is a must, raise the issues you mentioned with the club/business and hopefully they will respond positively. If they don't, at least you can say you were proactive and suggested beneficial changes to help improve and better the club at the end of the job. No business is perfect, but you can take the first steps in trying to better that business, club or whatever the situation.
Yeah I’m staying. These videos are almost a week delayed from the time I start filming to when it comes out. It’s going a lot better now

Understandable that you’re struggling but nothing is easy especially moving and restarting somewhere new.
Negative Nancy isn’t going to get you anywhere though. Look at the positives that come from this amazing opportunity. Sure it’s not perfect but do the best you can with what you have, or sit down and chat with them about what you actually need to upgrade/ helpers to come in earlier etc instead of bad mouthing the opportunity. It’s unprofessional.
