Question, had new pads and rotors (perfect aftermarket from R1 in Los Angeles) on my 2016 slk300 changed by TopShop in Goleta Ca. Perfect for 100 miles, worked great, no noises. Then tick...tick....tick and I brought back to the TopShop, 104 dollars later, left the shop, and it's been constant noise for the past 5000 miles. They said "we told you not to use aftermarket parts", but they still charged me $1000 to do a Noisy job. Any hint? Bad parts, that changed after 100 miles of driving. Or the R1 people said a clip might be loose. Still noisy, but brakes seem to work. Just wonder if you needed to adjust anything due to noise of the pads and rotors installed. It seems it's only one of them, front left. Thanks.
