I'll be looking for those baits. Had no idea Goby's had spread to Florida. They're prime Smallmouth forage on the Door County penninsula, NE of Green Bay, WI. One way to know an invasive species has become entrenched: Pro-Cure makes a scent out of it. Lucked-out & found an 8 ft, ML, 2 piece, rod locally. House brand ... enough left over for a couple Gobyz, when they're in stock.
They haven’t spread to FL. We’ve always had a number of goby species all over Florida and the Caribbean. The Gobidae family is very diverse and the majority of species are actually in most saltwater habitats.
Beautiful water out there and i'm definitely trying this setup with my Vanford 1000 ,10lb braid med. lt. rod. The Trout and Redfish game it going to improve come March and April here in Galveston, Texas. Thank You for the content!
Ca try ringing goby on a tx rig ewg chinlock and a free moving tungsten worm weight gives cast distance then the goby can float up away from weight looks alot like a forging bait fish on bottom.
Man fellas yall gotta try the pre-rigged Gobius from Zman as well! Down here in south Texas I’ve been crushing it with them! I bought them last December for spring time when the mud minnows come out to play.
Hey CA, I’ve been using spinning for awhile to Wade fish for trout but want to get back to using a baitcasting. Wanted to find something robust enough for the salt but able to cast 1/4 ounce jig heads. Any suggestions?
I love little finesse baits but wasn’t aware of this one yet. Thanks! Just ordered all ten colors lol

When is Z man bringing the shrimp prawnz to the U.S. ? Not the prawn color but the prawnz body ? A little thicker body then the ned shrimp.
Wish I could answer this one but you’ll have to hit their channel up for the deal on it being in US
Will a #1 Ned rig work
