The legendary fisherman is my favorite one in this set because I remember when I was little I came home from a really bad day at school and I was in the middle of moving to a new foster home and I saw this duel on tv where in summons legendary fisherman 1 and 3 and was the only that lit up my world and it help me get though the ruff patch in my life and I love the artwork as well and best of luck to the winner of the giveaway.
My favorite card of this set is Legendary Fisherman because when I was a kid I had a water-type monster deck because of mako. Now I'm an adult I want to play Yugi again actually since I found your RUclips channel everything has been easier to understand. I enjoy watching your reviews and the game nights. yesterday I watched the episode when the muscular guy played a water deck and it brought me good memories.
Might be unpopular opinion but the new fortress whale is pretty dope always loved the art of all the fortress whale/ Orcas cards that have came out. Also meiko all the way!

I’m not “competitive” because I work a job shift that doesn’t really allow me to go to anything but weekend events And any of those week day events are easily an hr drive just to go to a “locals” I had Eldich, I Have Floowander, Drytron, Despia, and a pretty explosive Zombie deck. Just don’t have Droplets.. 🤷🏼♂️
I love all the marincess cards. Honestly, I feel the marincess archetype is very overlooked. They have a bunch of link potential and a bunch of optional plays. They work super well with other water type decks, even as extra deck cards. They also look super cute.
I agree, I also really love the Marincess archetype. Not only do they work really well with other water type cards but they are Cyberse monsters, soo they synergise well with other Cyberse cards.
I actually main Marincess on Master Duel. I love water strategies and Marincess can setup some awesome boards with Battle Ocean with the extra protection if you link using crystal heart. Access Code access too and also frogs fit in nicely too and can recycle negation and have so much card advantage. They are all really cute and have some amazing card art. Wish more people would take a look into it as something fun to play and combo with ^^

I agree! They are super adorable and pretty! I've been slowly collecting the core irl, and I've been playing the deck in Master Duel, where it is my best deck (mostly because it counts on a duelist's greatest weakness: the inability to read cards, causing them to waste several forms of technical before realizing Battle Ocean should be their target.).

Yooo love to see the Droplet pull!!🔥While it may have not needed to occupy a slot in this set, "Levia-Dragon - Daedalus" might be my favorite. I got into Yugioh with my younger brother by buying the Fury from the Deep and Zombie Madness structure decks, so the card has a special place in my heart.
Same for me also brought tears to my eyes cuz tht was the last structure deck i got as a kid before my collection got jacked tht had 6 extremely expensive cards in it.
I’ve been very into water archetypes ever since I played Gishki back in 2013 so this whole set is pretty sick to me. I’d have to say I’m most interested in the Marincess archetype and love the artwork for springirl.

I’ve always tried to make one heck of a fish deck in every dueling game they’ve released yet I’ve always failed 😂 never could make the good combos I see some people pull off but seeing this box opening has me excited to try again!
My fav card of this set is the card that helped me win my first locals ever back in the day when it first came out "Number 101: Silent Honor Ark"! So it makes me feel Sadge with how Komoney treated my boy Shark, by taking away his rightfull place in the cover art and giving it to such a minor character from the OG series Mako. We get it already konami OG series is pog and cool, but Zexal(sub always) was so good. Give my boy Shark his time in the spot light!
I have been waiting for this set for the longest time because I have been trying to build a great water deck for a minute. Mainly using the Legendary Fisherman and Umi with Sea Stealth Attack, phenomenal stall combo when played right. I have been on it for years tbh and I tested out some of these cards in EdoPro and are great additions. Also, I had no clue that droplet was gonna be reprinted in this set which makes it better. The Mega Fortress Whale & Droplet are my main targets for it so I can build properly.
My favorite card in the set is Marincess Dive. The deck was in desperate need of a searcher, and it is nice to have a second card to search with Marincess Sea Angel's effect.
I actually really want to play the umi control deck that the new mako support enables, the new Kairyu-shin retrain basically puts your opponent under a better version of Gozen Match while also searching whatever backrow card you need, it's nuts The deck won't be incredible or anything imo, but it'll be a fun little rogue option
Fortress Whale and Levia Dragon Daedaelus are my favorites. Fortress Whale can be used as a Turbo and Levia was basically Zeus for water monsters before Zeus was a thing. May not be great for competitive decks but has always been a Hallmark classic for me

Mariness was a deck I thought about making when I got back into yugioh. Mariness support is what I like about this set, outside of Forbidden Dropleg of course.
Always tried to make a based water deck using Umi, love that Mega Fortress Whale though, but never really worked in my favor, but love to see the droplet get pulled!

Idk why man but legendary fisherman has always been one of my favorites. IT reminds of the times my dad and I use to go fishing as a kid, man those days. He was a legendary fisherman to me hence why I resonate with that card so much.
This set is awesome I had a lot of fun playing sharks as a rogue deck. Favorite cards from this set would be Bahamut shark and of course droplet being reprinted is awesome.
I enjoy the shenanigans of Fury of Kairyu-Shin and torrential tribute. Especially if you had to pitch it and then shock your opponent by removing it after their Torrential Tribute was activated a couple of turns later and you're fine.
hey didnt Mako play Electric Jellyfish in his duel with Yugi? If memory serves it was printed in LOB as a normal monster so its nice to see it with an effect. So many memories of that great duel

To celebrate this new pack, i would love to see you create a nash/101 focused deck with help of shark cards or umi deck because mako. I myself love shark decks with kragen control. But no one has made one yet using seven emperor support. My favorite card from this set is Abyss Shark. It can act as a great way to summon monsters (especially the new 5* support sharks) along with Buzzsaw Shark. With it, I can bring out more sharks or even Crystal Shark to XYZ combo from Nash to C101. Then use support cards to either renew lifepoints or even skip Nash and go straight into C101 for boss monster shenanigans. Thanks again for the great video! Keep it up!

it was dumb to change the cover from Nash. some of the cards like Silent Honor Ark (shark)and Nasche knight are references to the Barian arc of Zexal when Shark became the leader of the seven Barian emperors and went by Nash.
One of my favorites has to be Silent Honor Dark due to the fact that Shark is one of my favorite Yugioh Zexal characters and it was one of his ace monsters later in the show.
I like that fish sonar card it has some dope artwork. I remember the first real cards I used to properly duel with actual rules were a mash up of a bunch of water monsters. Good times.
Marincess Aqua Argonaut is probably my favorite card in this set. I love the art, and I have a Marincess deck in Master Duel (which she's not in yet). Hopefully she comes soon!

My favorite card in this set is the ocean dragon lord- Kayriu shin. WHen i was a child i has the duelist of the roses game and started with the water deck. The original kairyu-shin was such a strong card and ive always had a soft sport for it. The fact its also a good card makes it even better. Honorable mention goes to marincess aqua argonaut for being both super pretty and amazing for the deck.
Honestly Mako is my second favourite character from DM and this set with the Kairyu-Shin and the marincess reprints and everything I've been counting down the seconds for release.
I love all of the Marincess cards because it was one of my first ever decks I have ever built. I didn't have a lot of money at that time so I just bought whatever I found. However, I still enjoy these cards.

Favorite card out of this set would have to be CXyz N.As.Ch. Knight. Card looks really cool and gives me Silent Honor Dark vibes back when Legacy of the Valiant was still new. Remember pulling an ultimate rare Silent Honor Ark back then and wish I still had it.
Although I don’t play or run a water deck, they do seem pretty good in the amount of options and negates you can pull of in a single match. My friend N runs a water deck with sharks, toadly awesome, and his own little twist. I still can’t beat it.

As a fan of the cyberse archetype, really love the new link 4 Marincess aqua argonaut. Looks amazing! Go beyond duelists!

Although I don’t play or run a water deck, they do seem pretty good in the amount of options and negates you can pull of in a single match. My friend N runs a water deck with sharks, toadly awesome, and his own little twist. I still can’t beat it.
The new fortress whale looks sick. I hope they make more whale/legendary fisherman support to make it competitively viable.
The new Ocean Lord card is fire! A killer walking floodgate in a Water deck that can be easily brought out in a number of ways with Legendary Ocean.
