I like this stitch pattern, thank you! I love the Green Apple ombre, I have spent time collecting enough to make a blanket for myself. Problem is I get so many requests from family and friends that I seldom have time for myself. I'm not complaining, I am blessed that my crochet is so appreciated. There are so many things I could make out of this stitch / tutorial - my brain doesn't know where to begin! But I do especially love your place mat idea, esp in a sparkly silver or red (or even this beautiful green) for the Holidays!

I love the alpine stitch. I've made several shawls and have a WIP throw in this stitch. Never did the center rectangle. This is gorgeous! I think I'm going to make this with the new Premier gradient yarn❤

Sometimes I feel at a loss: (how many times can I say your work is "Beautiful", "Amazing", "Awesome". (So I hit the Thesaurus). The way the stitches all come together? It's definitely INCREDIBLE!
I have 5 balls of striped yarn along w gold and grey. Been struggling to a blanket pattern. Although my triple post stitches need improving I think this blanket will be the ticket. Thank you...
Pretty stitch, wonder how many skeins of the granny all in one this stitch and pattern would take for a single / full blanket of if the back and firth would be better for this stitch. Would you double your yarn for the middle to it doesn't pull apart
If I wanted to make it for a queen size bed would I still start with a chain of 19 or should I make a longer chain and just make sure that I started with an odd number of chains? And about how many chains would I need to start with?
