I don't feel naturally like my life path number, but I find that when I make effort to live by this number, I am happier and more at peace.
Life 1, Expression 4, Desire 3: NONE of these numbers reading are even remotely close to what i am. Some are the complete opposite in fact.
I am so completely opposite from what my Life Path # says I am that I have to believe someone lied to me about my birth date!
You're only supposed to add your day and month, not the year. Its the day and month that is what the zodiac is made of. The year is man-made, just started counting when "jesus died". The earth is billions of years old, so the year you were born is not technically accurate. If you don't feel like your life path number describes you, try removing the year and see if that makes more sense.
Everything I have ever read about Numerology has said that my life should be some kind of charmed existence where I am a genius billionaire and that's about 180 degrees from my actual experience.
I hate my life path 8, I find that I’m a sweet, creative romantic happy go lucky soul inside who was dealt with a harsh world that slowly is killing that inside and making me unstable. I don’t want to be some lonesome overbearing dictator business man, that just isn’t me. I’m more spiritual and romantic inside. Is life path 8 just going to ruin my life it feels like heavy karma that is forcing me to be someone I’m not. I hate it :( i see 1111 everywhere too, and would honestly prefer a life path 3 or something. Ugh

Finally someone said it...it has been bothering me...iam life path 8 too but iam nothing like ...i definitely don't see myself in anything related to life path 8...even if I try...iam a softy and empathic ...i don't see myself in any leadership role or running a business people would walk all over me lol...I resonate deeply with life path 11 and I see 11,111,1111 everywhere ...if iam thinking about something and I need confirmation believe I will see any of these numbers..or just randomly...iam not driven and ambitious as life path 8 iam not a go getter at all...if anything I'll rather cheer someone else up for a big position then going for it myself..its just not me at all

It's quite possible that you have other core numbers supporting this. The life path number is just one component of your birth chart. The 4 is a super creative number too and music would be a great fit for you! Play on!

I found all the numbers of my birth name as well as the number of the name I go by now. The similarities are insane. Today I saw the 59 several times. 59 was ending numbers in the old telephone number at my house when I was a kid. 59 also appears a few times in my old last name. The name I go by now has 995 and multiple 5s together. I just flipped out and realize that we do not really have as much free will as we think we do. In other words, I am going through an awakening, and this isn't just all coincidences.

That is cool. Well my name now represents the reverse, which is interesting. I will probably do a session with you at some point. Things are popping up everywhere, and no one else will believe me. I know your website address. I normally do not invest in occult matters, but you seem like you know what you are talking about. I am using cafeastrology to see what it says my numbers for everything are, and then I will look how to calculate a given aspect of numerology myself. I also looked up the arrows of individuality. I have the arrows 1-2-3 2-5-8 and 1-5-9 I have practicality, sensitivity, and determination. Between numerology and my birth in astrology, it seems to me that my life goal is to inspire others through creativity somehow. I also have a challenge number of 0, so that seems to be an important indicator as well because that means that at some point, I experienced all the other challenge numbers. This means I can float through life or use responsibility to my advantage and help others. I probably got into everything this deep because I thought the idea of me being intuitive or psychic was rather outlandish when it came to my astrology birth chart. Little did I know that I would have weird experiences two months after I started looking into everything.

I just saw 11:11 the other day at around 10:57 A.M. I also left my house at 11:11 A.M. that same day as well. I saw 11:11 the first time because one of my favorite bands has a new album coming out on that date. I might due to full 90 minute reading with you. I will see what happens when I get paid this Friday. I do not have a specif thing I need to find out. I also know my astrology birth chart as well except for the degrees of each planet. I am quadrant two person with six out out of the four planet like structures in between the 6th and 7th houses. I have only one planet directly in the third quadrant in the eighth house and another planet in quadrant one in the second house. It is interesting that I am all rounder when it comes to main points in my astrological birth chart. I am a cancer rising with a leo moon and a capricorn sun. I also intercepted signs in Leo and Aquarius. Leo covers houses two and three while Aquarius extends over houses 8 and 9. This means that Scorpio and Taurus are not represent well in my birth chart. Interestingly enough, Pluto and Mars are in Scorpio in the fifth house as well as my south node. This means that north node is in Taurus. How is past life and my main goal in this life in signs are vaguely represented in my birth chart? That is just an interesting observation that I have made. The only reason that I bring up astrology is because I know that its foundation is in numerology. Stay epic.

You need to know that there is a positive vibration and a negative vibration to each number. Sometimes we are on the positive side and sometimes we are on the negative side. You are correct in saying you are a bit of a contradiction. You are a sensitive leader who really needs to be of service yet your personality is that of an 8 (same as mine) and that is often difficult to manage with your 2 expression number. Your gift is your sensitivity and people skills but you can also become overbearing with your 8 personality. Oh the dichotomy of it all right?! You may want to check out my resource page on my site. Hey Terrance! Yes! Your expression number is also referred to as your destiny number although I do prefer "Expression Number" as it better describes what the name means. It's how you express yourself to the world. I think "Destiny" is confusing because that would make me think it was another word for Life Path. The Hearts Desire is often referred to as the Soul Urge or the Soul Number or the Soul's Desire. I prefer to keep Numerology simple thank you very much! I think many Numerologists have "prettied up" the names to make it look more original. I simply refer to it as Matthew Goodwin did years ago. Old School Numerologists say "Expression & Heart's Desire." Guess I'm an old dog! LOL! Thanks for asking!

I have a question about the name ones. I don't identify with my given name and I haven't for a VERY long time, but I haven't changed my name. Would I go with the name I most Identify with and see as my own, or then name I've basically denounce since I was 10.
So when working out your numbers for your numerology chart, you have to go with the name as it was published on the birth certificate. It is the vibration you chose to bring with you when you incarnated. 🙂
Not sure if you are checking your comments anymore.. but my birthday is 10/02/1990... so does that make me a 4 through and through? My expression number is also a 4... so, if my life path number is supposed to be what I’m supposed to learn, then why is it that “what I’m good at” is the same? Depends on the numerologist, theres numerologists that view 44 as a master number, but most numerologists just reduce it to 8

It is possible that his expression number is over riding his life path number. Sometimes that happens. Yeah baby! I am a life path #7 and I hate it when I go into a personal year 7! We are already stuck in our own heads! It's really tough for any life path number to enter the personal year that is the same. It exemplifies the energy three fold. When a 7 life path goes into 7 personal year they are really withdrawn (even more than normal!) They get so sick and tired of spending time in their heads while over thinking every single detail. (Month) 3 = 3
(Day) 1 + 6 = 7

3 + 7 + 3 = 13 (karmic debt) = 1 + 3 = 4

Overall, my numerology chart speaks to the very assertive, logical, precognitive part of me that I don't reveal, and my astrology chart is all triple water and generally what I identify with more. I'd honestly rather have any other life path than a 1, because the 1 seems hardest when I consider my skills and flaws, it does put things into perspective though as an artist. (3,1,1)

The 4 core numbers include the life path number (which is what we are comparing to the other 3), the expression number, the heart's desire and the birth "day" number. :-)
What about babies who are induced? It's not their natural birth date.
From a spiritual perspective, the date of birth regardless of what the circumstances are in the way the baby arrives is the date we use for our calculations. :-)
