I have been struggling to understand how I am an 8 LP when it is said 8s are all about money and are materialistic, as I am most definitely not. You really nailed it; that is the biggest myth of the number 8s, as well as caring about where I stand socially. I do have a tendency to want to look good, and dress nice, I just looove clothes, can't stand shopping though, but have no qualms about wearing thrift store bought geans. Anyhow, thank you. I study western astrology. Im a life path 8 aswell. Sometimes i feel this placement has a lot to do with scorpio energy aswell. Scorpio is the 8th sign and rules the 8th house. Scorpio also deals with that double edged sword energy. Im also a scorpio rising with my moon in the 8th house. But my hearts desire number is 11. I know i am here to do great things. I’m a life path 8 based on my date of birth. I have Saturn in my 1st house so struggle has been the theme in my life. I’m over 40 now and things are finally looking up! I’m definitely not a materialistic 8 person although I am driven and ambitious if it’s something that I believe in. Money is nice and yes I’ll want to live comfortable but success is more important to me than money. I love the challenge of making things happen for myself and so this is what motivates me.
I have Saturn as my chart ruler too...thats why its so hard for me to relate ppl who feel like this is a curse...my life was a struggle from the beginning, I'm sure I've lived through worse

@J Hunter it depends on the other placements in your chart and if they will ease the burden of the heavy Saturnian influence. But to put it bluntly, you will have to work your ass off to achieve success and stay consistent. Saturn is hard work, karma and hard lessons. Nothing comes easy with Saturn but the rewards are great if you stay diligent! Also do things that give you good karma like helping others and charity work. Most heavy Saturnian people achieve success later in life. You’re 24 so start setting the foundation now.

I often don't look at how compatible life path numbers are. I look at the heart's desire numbers. If the life path numbers are incompatible, there is a great chance it will still work if the heart's desire numbers are in sync. Hope this helps! I think it's very important for people to have both their natal charts done by a professional Astrologer and a full exposure of their birth code Numerologically by a Professional Numerologist. I don't pretend to know a lot about astrology. I do however have my chart done regularly. I absolutely believe in auras! Everything is made of energy and has a vibration that can be measured and seen. As for religion, I do believe that we are all made of God energy. I don't follow a "religion" but I respect those who do. :-)

Wow! That's a big question! I would have to write a book for you to answer it all. In a nut shell....
Think of your life path number as a road that you are traveling on. It identifies the lessons you are here to learn. It identifies the major lesson that you agreed to learn in this lifetime. The pinnacles and challenges are cycles that affect us at different times during our lives. They bring in trends to influence our journey. The Challenge is an influence that affects us in the early stages of our life where the pinnacles are cycles that affect us at 4 different periods of our life. I didn't understand the 8 energy in Expression Number and how it can combine itself with a 13/4 life path. Can you give me some clues? Thank you!!

Nice to hear from you.
Remember that calculating your expression number means calculating EACH name on your birth certificate separately and then adding the reduced numbers together. So for example your first name SONIA breaks down like this S=1 O=6 N=5 I=9 A=1 Now add that altogether and it = 22. You don't reduce the master #22. Now do the same thing with and middle names that show up on your birth certificate. Once you have calculated EACH name then you add them all together but be sure not to reduce any master #'s. I just want to be sure that you have your expression number correct before I comment on the aspect of the 13/4. :-)
Ann Perry - Professional Numerologist I think I got this right: 22+35+9+46+40. It adds 22+22=44=8. Right?
Each number (except the master number) needs to be reduced to a single digit before you begin adding them all together. So it should be 22+8+9+1+4=44 So your Expression number is a 44/8 which is a master number so we don't reduce it to just an 8. We need to really consider the lessons behind the 4 which is all about learning how to manifest one step at a time. With regards to putting this in with your life path number of 13/4 (karmic debt) it emphasizes your need to focus on a step by step process to create a solid foundation in your life. The karmic debt of the 13/4 says you have a tendency to take short cuts which can cause you several obstacles and delays getting to where you want to get to. The 44/8 holds your talent for a methodical process towards business. FOCUS is the key to your life lessons. :-)

I feel blessed to be a life path number 8..I'm tired of hearing ppl complaining and treating this life path like a damn defeat...thats all on YOU...you have to train your mind to be stronger than your struggles...if you fail, you fail...everyone in this world eventually will(we might have it harder but understand you reap better rewards than the others if you fight for it...

Hi Ann. My mom is a life path 8, soul number 8 and expression number 4. But she is none of those qualities. She is more like a 2 or 6. Why do numbers not fit sometimes ?

Ima 8 (10-9-87);count down???)but 11 is my guide.. I’m so deep in Numerology I dnt even see words half the time i see the value in things.. why is it that 11 is the number that has gotten me threw the most difficult times? 11 to me is the eye of RA the Egyptian third eye wen turnt side ways it’s 701=8 the wen u flip other way its 102=3.. 8+3=11!! The universe is reaching but then like today I dropd my phone for first time and cracked the screen it was 9:29.. it’s hard to peice things together wen 11 always is my good number but wen sumn like that happens it confuses me.. any input sure would be appreciated!!
