People keep buying it in droves, clearly people focus on the high end VS typical box value. I agree, it’s outrageous, but I suppose I can’t fault a company for maximizing profits if the consumer keeps buying.

UD is brilliant, they can put out trash, sticker autos and patches as the box hit and get away with it…maybe you and I won’t buy this but the big guys doing group breaks will buy 30 cases of this guaranteed…brilliant! But not so good for the legit collector

I do like the base, depth of winter, and snowmen, but the price is ridiculous. The prices are getting so high that it seems like you can only get in the black if you pull a non-basic Bedard. It shouldn't only be about resell value, but it is something easy to point at as to how problematic it is getting.

This product really needs to come down in price. $200 per box is just outrageous for this product. Hope someone pulls the 1/1 soon so it comes down haha

Just came back to the hobby a couple of months ago. Been buying slabs for now. No fricken way I'm spending that much on a hobby box for the chance of pulling a super rare card.

Love how the equisites are such a big draw but most of them seem to have varying degrees of edge chipping. Your boys at GP pulled a bedard base exquisite and it had terrible edges.
Those 'filler cards' are never damaged however 🤔

I really like that it’s different. I don’t love horizontal cards, but I LOVE that they did something totally different with this set than any other.
But I think both the triangle and snowman insert and kinda worthless. The purple and green are basically worthless.
Ice produced my best pull ever. But it’s gone so high price wise because the market exploded and UD got greedy. It’s too easy for them.
My lcs pulled a bedard auto redemption out of 25 from the case they opened. Pretty wild
The Exquisite cards I've seen pulled have all been damaged. I think they put them in Ice because of that.
Seems like retail is the way to go with this product until the price comes way down. Already seeing these listed online for $180 USD.

it's almost the start of the 2025 season and these are all carryover rookies. People stop giving your money to upper deck until they start respecting the hobby again.

What does it mean by inner case?
UD has lost its way with Ice. Time to go back to the design board & fix the mistakes (ie. get rid of all di-cuts, eliminate rip cards & whoever signed off on the horizontal base should be demoted). There are still some beauty cards in the set BUT the above issues are horrendous when they make up 90% of the box. Box price should be $125 cdn MAX.
You get a big stack of packs, but 20% of the stack are decoys!😅

Ok the inserts are just awful and the paralells arent much better. Those tiny die cut cards suck, reminds me of the top cheese ones from metal, which were equally as terrible lol. Ill be glad when the Bedard run is over and they have to reconsider pricing

Zeeree you gotta be makin lots of $ from your hype. You had credibility with honest assessments of new product but that was long ago. Your now just a mouthpiece for upper decks new overpriced garbage. I would love to see you go back to the criticism of products that you knew were just a gouge. Loved the hobby but who can keep spending piles on new releases and consistently end up with a miniscule return. Bedard may end up as great as Patrick kanes career but he's no crosby or gretzky. Can't fathom why collectors see him as something he's not. Hype.....
Who's next ? I have piles of young guns from the last 20 yrs of upper deck. Most cant miss stars are names I don't even remember so a word to the wise. Do your homework and grasp what upper decks doing and be patient. Cole Caulfields young guns may be $20 in a year or 2. These aren't blue chip stocks and sportscards don't equate to a retirement plan. They are part of a hobby and should be enjoyed and collected. That's the last word. Enjoy the hobby avoid the greed.

Literally all there sets except the really high end ones have nothing guaranteed and you need to spend 700 dollars plus on 3 boxes to get an auto lost the time. Shit is a joke
