Wow! Looks like you got put into a couple holding positions at the cannon room then almost electrical, then at pre-escape pods. That probably put things out of sync, as evident by Kylo and the escape pod drop. The holds happen because unload is congested, and so the ride vehicles can be stacked anymore post-escape pod, so they must stop elsewhere in the ride.
Funny watching this as I was on it yesterday (Feb 7, 24) and the first Kyle Ran didn't turn around and it seemed weird. Seems to have a lot of probs. Although rest of ride appeared ok. Loved It!
