205g Icing Sugar
190g Ground Almonds
144g Egg Whites (split in to two lots of 72g)
Up to 1 tsp Green Food Colour Paste
190g Caster Sugar
60ml Water
SPICED CARAMEL
250g Double Cream
1 tsp Cinnamon
Pinch of Cloves
Pinch of Ginger
½ tsp Vanilla Extract
Pinch of Salt
250g Caster Sugar
125g Water
BRANDY GANACHE
450g White Chocolate
150g Double Cream
2-3 tbsp Brandy
Gold sprinkles and stars to decorate
