The only way do do 3D on a moble platform without glasses is to fit the mobile into a VR holder and strap it to your head .. unless on is lucky enougth to have a Mobile device that suports autostereoscopic display like on a Nintendo 3DS
The movie was made in both 3D and 2D, my assumption it's that streaming services will receive the 2D version so you won't need 3D glasses. 3D was amazing in the cinemas though

Thats not 3D Its just some parts of the movies IMAX version inserted into the normal one! This was uploaded on AVATAR Official Channel as marketing! There is no plan of releasing the movie like this as it's a LOT of work! And this has nothing to do with 3D on mobile!
