Mue = 100 X = 140 n = 30 CI = 80% Sample standard deviation s = 20 1. Hypothesis H0 : Mue equal to 100, H1 : Mue not equal to 100 2. Let's find significance value alfa, alfa = 1-CI alfa= 1-0.8 alfa = 0.2 or 20% 3. Let's find decision boundary, as it's two tailed test, Alfa = 0.2 And degree of Freedom = n-1 = 30-1 = 29 So, For Alfa = 0.2 and Dof = 29 the Decision boundary from T able is +-1.311 Decision Rule : If T-test value is less than -1.311 or greater than +1.311 then we reject the null hypothesis. 4. Now calculate T test value T = X-mue/s/under root n T = 10.95 5. Conclusion : As t-test value 10.95 is greater than 1.311, We reject the null hypothesis which means that medication gives us positive impact and helps to gain intelligence.
Thanks krish for such a valuable tutorial. It's my humble Request to improve the hand writing and would be great if you share notes in pdf format as well.
T table value = 1.311 and our T test calculated value remains as it is 10.96.. T test calculated value > t table value so reject the null hypothesis and this medicine increase the IQ people..
Sir, I recently purchased the Tech Neuron Subscription but now I'm confused between data science courses plz tell me which one is the latest one or do I've to study first bcos I'm a beginner and don't know about programming, plz sir help me out to choose the course by which I can learn from basic to advance.
the standard deviation given was for the sample not for the population so we could have directly used it instead of dividing it by sqrt(n). Can anyone please explain??
I have a question: Why are we rejecting the Null hypothesis? The population mean is for those people who have not taken the medication (which is True) and the new mean is for those people who have taken the medication (which is not related to the population mean). In any case, if participants of the sample take a medication, their mean may or may not differ from the population mean but why does that negate the Null hypothesis? Please help me with this doubt?
for Confidence Interval = 80 , Answer ----decision boundary between -1.311 and + 1.311, t-score= 10.96 therefore we reject null hypothesis
Got the same
Acceptance range will be - 1.311 to 1.311
T value will be same as 10.96.
So Reject the null hypothesis
Same
Same
same
It helps alot.. especially for students who have medical background n they fear maths..it helped me alot.. thankyou so much.
Please complete the stats tutorial. Its wonderful.
You can watch 7 days stats live Playlist....available on krish naik channel
thanks dear@@Nandinisingh822
Thank you Sir and Range for 2 tail is -1.699 to +1.699
Sir please complete the stats series, its amazing!
Sir, please 🙏 continue this stat series, it’s actually very interesting.. pls upload next topics
another wonderful lecture, thank you very much.
Mue = 100
X = 140
n = 30
CI = 80%
Sample standard deviation s = 20
1. Hypothesis
H0 : Mue equal to 100,
H1 : Mue not equal to 100
2. Let's find significance value alfa,
alfa = 1-CI
alfa= 1-0.8
alfa = 0.2 or 20%
3. Let's find decision boundary, as it's two tailed test,
Alfa = 0.2
And degree of Freedom = n-1 = 30-1 = 29
So, For Alfa = 0.2 and Dof = 29 the Decision boundary from T able is +-1.311
Decision Rule : If T-test value is less than -1.311 or greater than +1.311 then we reject the null hypothesis.
4. Now calculate T test value
T = X-mue/s/under root n
T = 10.95
5. Conclusion : As t-test value 10.95 is greater than 1.311, We reject the null hypothesis which means that medication gives us positive impact and helps to gain intelligence.
kiya khoob or asaaan samjhaya ap ne Thanks
range is from -1.311 to 1.311 , t = 10.96 hence we reject the null hypothesis and the result of medicine is +ve on the people.
Thanks krish for such a valuable tutorial.
It's my humble Request to improve the hand writing and would be great if you share notes in pdf format as well.
acceptance range will be (-1.311) to (+1.311)
T test value will be the same as the first example
so, we reject the null hypothesis
sir complete the playlist ASAP
your video is most valuable . make more video on interview preparation
Thank so such valuable time and teching thank so much sir
wonderful class for t test
sir completed with the playlist, waiting for more videos, thanksyou for putting efforts for us
thank you so much krish sir❤
please continue the statistics playlist sir.because Placements are near.
Sir please Continue Statistics series ❤
Please sir complete the playlist...
Amazing sir g love u
Sir please complete the Stats series
if sample size =>30 then we used z-test , if
T table value = 1.311
and our T test calculated value remains as it is 10.96..
T test calculated value > t table value so reject the null hypothesis and this medicine increase the IQ people..
Sir how many video will there be in Playlist?
Sir please complete statistics series
sir next video plz: chi-square test & annova test
sir how to calculate regression with pearson`s r
sir please give further videos on stats.
when will be the next videos uploaded?
Sir, please🙏🙏🙏 complete this statistics tutorial.
according to me if C.I. = 80% then our conclusion Reject Null Hypothesis. (t value=10.96) which is greater than boundary value i.e , +1.311
sir please completed this tutorial i am waiting for your next videos
sir please upload videos on further topics, i have exams in the end of this month plzz . ITS A REQUEST
Sir please complete ANOVA test
LOVE U SIR G
Sir, I recently purchased the Tech Neuron Subscription but now I'm confused between data science courses plz tell me which one is the latest one or do I've to study first bcos I'm a beginner and don't know about programming, plz sir help me out to choose the course by which I can learn from basic to advance.
Please complete playlist
add video of annova test quickly sir
the standard deviation given was for the sample not for the population so we could have directly used it instead of dividing it by sqrt(n). Can anyone please explain??
sir how to calculate Regression with standard deviation formula
Try to make video without the two tail test case!!!
It will be helpful!
well the simplicity of teaching method is commendable!!🤌🤌🤌
we will reject the null hypothesis because acceptance area for CI=80% is 1.31
Sir can you please upload the nxt course
Sir how formulas are derived?
Sir,
Is this is complete playlist of stats for data science
Sir if population sd is not given but still sample size is greater than 30
What to do
decision boundary is coming 1.645 to right and -1.645 to left and t value is same as before so we should reject null hypothesis
So Z test me degree of freedom use nhj hota?
Right
Hare Krishna 😊
Krish ji next tutorial kab tk aayegi . Kuch update ?

Should'nt the null hypothesis be: "The medication has no efect on IQ"?
sir mera CI 0.2 araha hyen
T table me kya ho ga
Sir please upload new lecture
can someone please tell me if this series is complete?
Can I rely on this playlist?
Only 2test are pending which i hope @krish Sir will upload soon
Sir next video please
wow
Sir please video upload kariye
Sir video upload kijiye sir plz
Jo tmne padha use yaad karke yaha padha rahe ho. Tumhe smjh amb ni ata.
Acceptance range will be - 1.311 to 1.311
T value will be same as 10.96.
So Reject the null hypothesis
